Where can I find a free program to write a house for sale flyer?

We are going to sell our own house. I am not computer smart, but need to create a one page flyer showing the features of the house for sale. Can I find this on the web for free? Or is there a product I should buy at Staples?

1. Microsoft Publisher does an excellent job at preparing flyers. If you don't have the money for the MS program, try www.openoffice.org There you can download a FREE suite which is similar in functionality to Microsoft Office Suite.
