Fema type trailer?

My neighbor has a tiny fema type trailer for sale. I have been looking for a small trailer to move into and put beside my parents house while i attend college. Does anyone know what small trailers are called, it is not a 12x50 or anything that big, but smaller, its about the size of maybe a large motorhome. Anyone know brand names or anything? or sizes? Not a travel trailer..it is like a very small mobile home

FEMA trailers don't look too insulated. Don't they have a side window too like a vendor? You could sell hot dogs on the street for money while in college and bring it home to sleep eh?
Travel Trailer. Dont live in a new one, they are made of crap. The maufacturers say Dont live in them.
Travel trailer...but before you go buying one to set up on your parents property...make sure it's legal to do so. If you live in city...a lot of cities will not allow anyone to occupy a trailer parked on property next to house.
They are called travel trailers and the ones owned by FEMA are being sold at the US Government GSA Surplus web sites. You might get a good buy there.
It's probably a "park model". Google it. I have seen lots of them, but don't know any manufacturers.
