We have noticed that min age requirement is usually 21 or 25, depending on property. Real estate agencies will not rent to anyone under 21. Florida (Daytona Beach) Houses Rent to Own? Lease? Monthly? I decided to try posting a question a few months in advance regarding my late-June move to Daytona Beach, FL. I'm going to be moving to DB to find a place to move into (Port Orange, S. Daytona, and Holly Hill are applicable as well with HH being last resort on the list) and will be looking for a place (house preferrably) to pay monthly on (preferrably Rent-to-Own or some sort of Lease or similar?) instead of wasting time and money on an apartment where it'll eventually diminish. I'm planning on moving somewhere with 2 bedrooms (or more would be fine), in a decent neighborhood, and with a small yard with grass or at least a few trees. I'm unsure of the available amount that I'd be able to finance monthly at this time but I'm thinking $1k and under. My brother and I are very responsible people and are non-smokers and rare drinkers. The problem is (well, some people would consider it a problem) that we both have pets. My brother has a dog and I have tamed, caged, rabbits (4). Please help!

Where is a great location to rent a house with a bunch of friends, near the beach, bars, and restaurants? A group of about 8-12 of us are considering renting a house next summer (2009) somewhere here on the east coast. We are considering places like Lake George, Jersey Shore, North Carolina, Nantucket but are open to any other suggestions you may have. We would like to have a house big enough for all of us that is within walking distance to a nice beach, restaurants and bars, and is an area with a nightlife and fun stuff to do. My friends and I want to rent a beach house for a week, but we are all between 21 and 19...? and Dunes Realty and Century 21 both have strict policies about renting to people under 25 like you suddenly become more mature and responsible when you become that age, I know plenty of people I am more mature than yet they are 3 - 6 years older than me but enough with the ranting. If it is not on the beach, we would like to at least have an ocean view. A 1 bedroom, 1 bath would be fine since it will only be the 2 of us. Not a shack, but not super fancy either. ***Beachfront or ocean view. We would like to keep it under $1,500 a week (or $215 a night). Less than that would be better, but we know beachfront homes aren't cheap! Know of anything in particular or know who I could contact? We have already checked VRBO, searched web for "Kauai beachfront rental", "house for rent on Kauai" and tons of other variations of those words. Any other suggestions? :)
Is there a way to rent a beach house during PEAK season (June 19) for just one or two days? I am planning a summer wedding and I would really like it to be on the beach and not have my guest have to travel to a seperate reception area. So I was thinking i could rent a vacation home but i think you have to rent it for the entire week and I just don't have the budget to spend $2000 on my venue rental. I live on the Gulf Coast and would like something in between Gulf Shores, AL and Pensacola Beach, FL. Any ideas??

Does anyone have suggestions for a location to rent for beach wedding in North western Florida? We are looking to get married next summer in Florida. Specifically northwestern. Somewhere near Seaside beach. We were wanting to rent a house on the beach where we could just set up the wedding right on the beach behind the house. How can I find a weekly house rental? I want to rent a house in Colts Neck, NJ or nearby from Oct 3-17, 2008.? Does anyone know where I could search for this type of house rental? In my search I can only find summer beach houses and they are too expensive even in the off season and not close enough to colts neck. The more bedrooms in the house the better and the closest to Colts Neck.
