Want refinance or sell house with wife unreachable for indefinite period. On disability, dont want divorce? I really need to refinance to pay down credit debt. I am eligible for disability (low interest) refinancing but unless co-title holder signs banks wont let me refinance. I don't want to divorce just to get out from under but I cant sell my house or refinance. There MUST be some option or resource to help me?

My parents have been married for 24 years and my mom is a housewife who has never worked and took care of me and my brother, i am now 21 and my brother is 18. My father has been having an affair for the past year with a bar waitress. He spends some nights with her and others at his friend's house, about twice a week sleeps on our couch. My parents barely speak only when it comes to money that my mom asks him for groceries for us. My dad is finally officially moving out and wants to sell our home and kick us out. My mom argues that she is entitled to half ( live in California) but my father states he'd rather have to killed than pay her anything, he has made this threat several times. My mom is trying to do all she can to win as much as possible including taking pictures of him lifting heavy items (he is on disability and is not injured= fraud). So she wants to use that against him. My mother is very old fashioned , so she can't really do anything for herself. What are the steps to take to win in the divorce. I figure his death threats, affair and fraud disability can be used against him. We would really like to keep our house and not have to move. Would he have to pay her alimony? Can I sell my house to a charity and then have them raffle it off? It is illegal to sell a house via raffle as it is considered gambling in New York State. However, I think I see a loophole. For example House FMV = $500,000. I sell house to a church for $500,000 and then offer to help them/volonteer time to sell 10,000 raffle tickets for $100 ($1,000,000 total). Can't sell house, wanting to move, is this crazy? My husband travels a lot for work and I stay at home with our 3 yr old and 9 month old. He is never home and we live in the town that he grew up in, it's very small and lonely out here. I have no family or friends around here and I really want to move.
