House for Sale without owner's consent... legal? Hi there. I have a mobile home that is under my name and my ex-boyfriend's name. We had been together for four years, purchased a mobile home in 2007. We broke up in early 2009. Both of our names are on the title for the home. He moved out of the trailer after we broke up, and I remained. In late July, I moved to a different city so I could go to college and start anew. Once I left, he moved back in. Just last week, I saw the home is for sale on mls listed under Re-Max. I phoned the realtor, and asked what was going on. She told me she would get back to me, which she hasn't. I thought that you needed signatures accompanied by ID in order to sell, or even list for that matter, a home. I have all the paperwork filed away here to prove I am on the title. What should I do? Is this legal? What happens if it sells?
What are the best ways to advertise our house for sale, without using a realtor? We have a home for sale outside of Potsdam, New York. Its a great spot, near the Adirondacks, with lots of adventure there. Potsdam has 4 colleges nearby, with great communities and eco friendly Americans. The home is an older trailer with a two car garage and paved driveway, both front and back decks and a well kept lawn with many flowers and ornamental trees. It's private, with a fenced in back yard and space for garden, playground equipment or pool. The home is surrounded by fields and farms, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. It does need a new roof. We are only asking $35,000. I included so many details about the home in my question because I think some of these points may help you suggest how to find the right person. Thank you kindly~*
Anyone have a house or condo for rent or sale or want to split weekends in New Braunfels, TX? The wife and absolutely love going to New Braunfels, TX but it gets expensive going on a regular basis and paying for hotels every time. We're thinking of buying a fifth wheel or travel trailer, but also considered a condo or house. Is there anyone else that has any good ideas for getting a weekend getaway in New Braunfels? Or anyone that wants to talk about how to solve this dilemma? Or split some costs?
I want to get a bank loan..but...? so, when I moved, things went downhill...badly. I am in debt to several places, (like maybe 5000 dollars worth all together) which I realize that to some that may not seem terrible, but I am worried about my credit. Also, a house trailer is for sale for 2500, and I'd like to buy it. I am thinking about asking for a loan from the bank to consolidate my debt and also buy this home. I just got hired at AFLAC selling insurance, I am told that in your first year, you will make at least 50,000. How should I ask for this loan? Or what should I put down as the cause of the loan, or subject of the loan. Am I reaching too high? Any suggestions please, and only positive responses (no hey stupid coments please). If you think its a bad idea, please state your source and why its a bad idea. Thanks!
do you think I am being scammed....................? Long story, lost my job 6 weeks ago,put both of my houses up for sale.did not get a bite.the double wide we are living in i got a loan from the bank for,was supposed to pay lot rent but have not had finances for it.the owner of the land tried to sue me yesterday and take over the house, trailer.on the morning i was supposed to go to court,i got a call from an agent that wanted to buy my house, not the trailer the other house.he offered $5,00 less than the asking price.I went to court and the owner of the land we are renting gave me until monday to pay him back rent on the property.he came by today and told me he would give me $2,500 for the trailer, but if I would let him handle the property, after i moved to p.a. that he could get me $15,000 for it.if i let him rent to own it w/someone.found out about an hour later that the guy who offered me a price on the other house was his partner.they knew i was behind on payments and did not want to be sued.should i call their bluff?have not signed anything yet.borrow the money and catch up back rent.i can do.should i make the other guy pay full price for the other house not the trailer, the other one.anyway this is kinda not enough info but a quick rundown, any answers appreciated.
I want to buy a Trailer House? living in appartment 2 long- i fould a nice one on the end lot for sale parallel to the park (soo cool since we have a dog) what is a list of things i need to look for before i buy one?
My double wide has settled lately and the front door is difficult to open? I also noticed that one of the Vertical seems covered with molding separately slightly. Also on the ceiling I can see areas that although not cracked or broken you can see where thee are seems underneath that seem to be about a foot wide that go cross ways(not long ways) over the trailer. Is this in need of leveling or is it just giving due to normal settling. I have my house for sale and this suddenly came up. What is the cost of a double wide to be leveled if needed>?
Is a divorce alone grounds for claim of lien since the original contract was for both of us? My soon to be ex husband and I bought a house trailer. My Father loaned us the money to buy it and he (my Father) is listed on the title as the lien holder. My ex is still living there and doesn't want to leave. I assume the judge will order the sale of the trailer...it being marital property. He wants to stay there and continue the loan payments to my Father but Dad doesn't want to continue the loan for my ex. Is the divorce alone grounds for claim of lien since the original contract was for both of us? Thanks so much for your time!!!

My crazy mom wants to move and start a new life - HELP Ever since 2 summers ago my mom has been obsessed w/ wanting to go to Maine. When we went that 1st summer, she said we were going to buy a house. Turns out we didn't buy anything there and the whole trip was boring. Since then her obsession has worsened. Every day she looks up pics online of houses for sale in Maine, calls up realtors there, buys any items she can find that have lobsters/lighthouses on them ("Maine symbols"), listens to songs that remind her of Maine and always talks about wanting to go back. Last summer was a disaster. My dad tried to explain to her we couldn't go to Maine (because of his job) and she ranted about how badly she wants to go. Then she spent thousands of dollars on a trailer so that she could put our animals there while we'd drive up to Maine. Which caused more arguments (my dad said it was stupid to buy a trailer just for a trip, and that we shouldn't bring the animals along anyway). To top it off she broke the trailer the first time she tried to use it. In the end we couldn't go that summer, so instead she made me miss a week of school in Oct. just so that we could drive to Maine and look at houses. And once again come home w/o buying any. Now this summer has been one of the worst. Once again my dad can't go to Maine because of his job. Now she is trying to guilt trip everyone. It's so stupid. We don't even have family there but she's obsessed with going anyway. She says she likes the surroundings better than where we currently live... FL. She's constantly arguing with my dad, blaming her problems on everyone, and just making us feel bad. NO ONE but her wants to go to Maine. My dad has a job, and I personally don't want to go. All we do there is wander around these small towns, look at houses and never end up buying any in the end. Even if I knew about some interesting places in Maine, we wouldn't be able to go to them anyway since she's in control of the trip. And if we ever DID move there I would hate it since all my friends live in FL and I have been living here my entire life. Plus if we go this summer I'm going to have to miss my 1st week of school just so that we can go on her trip. She goes through weird phases. First she feels happy about Maine (buying items that remind her of Maine, looking at Maine houses on the net, etc.), then she feels depressed thinking that she can't go, and then she gets angry and screams at everyone. Then she told me that her dream is to go to Maine and marry a new husband there and raise a new family with him. I couldn't believe it. She says these things in front of my dad and I like we don't have any feelings. I have to put up with her depression and her fantasies about moving. Worst of all I hate it when she's mad and has to start screaming and ruining everyone's day. Any advice/thoughts about this? Thanks.
Where can I find trailers for rent or sale in Edinboro, PA? I'm transferring from Clarion University to Edinboro University as of next semester. The only problem with that is that I'm having trouble finding a place to live when I go to Edinoboro. All of the good housing is filled up and I do NOT wanna stay in the dorms and have to share my room with another random chick. I'm really considering buying or renting a cheap one bedroom one bathroom trailer with a small living space and kitchen. I don't want anything real fancy. But, I'm have SO much trouble finding trailers for sale in close proximity to campus. If anyone could find links for me with trailers for sale or rent that would be great! I only have about three thousand bucks in the bank right now, and I'm not even sure if I'm going to be able to take out a loan and pay it off monthly because I am only 18 and therefore have not built up any credit. But that's a whole other thing. Anyways I would really appreciate help on this! Thanks yahoo! <3
Can a house be bad luck? we moved into an older house that apparently has a bad history, I found out recently. My fiancee and I moved out of our trailer that we loved and into this house, ever since then things have gone south in a hurry. We moved in in October, our first Xmas here was awful! Everything went wrong. Then the strong 5 year relationship with my fiancee started to unravel. We started fighting for no reason at all, we started drifting apart, and now its at the point that I'm not sleeping home tonight. Then I lost my job in the medical field! Every one has been transferred to a new location except for me! Even though they are trying to get me somewhere... The house has never felt like home. I just want to convince my fiancee that we can work things out, put this house up for sale, and get the hell out of here. Also, if anybody is spiritual at all...one night when I was filming a Youtube video, I was watching the playback and for a split second a white shadow starts across my face. I'm a believer, I think it was something paranormal. Anyways, I want to convince my fiancee that we can work our problems out, put this house up for sale, and get the hell out of here. This house has nothing that we want. It's too small, it doesn't have a bathtub, there's no flow, we don't even like the layout. I'm just curious what you guys think, I really think this house has affecting our lives negatively. Thanks for any answers! I think moving is definitely an option.
Can you build on unclaimed land that does not have a for sale sign on it, or is all land property of the U.S.? I have thought about building a cabin or moving a trailer house to land in a forest where there is no for sale sign, or land on the side of the road. Is all unocuppied land still property of the U.S.? Is there a way to purchase land that does not have a For Sale sign on it? How does land purchase work? I live in the state of WA, but I was thinking of buying some land to put a modular/mobile home on, and laying it a foundation on the land.
Legal help on rental, my house was left early and a mess, and now they want to sue us!? I am looking for some guidance. I rented my home at the last minute because I could not sell it. I did not put the house up for sale this year because the renters asked to stay in it another year, but they would not get me the lease back (which we needed to buy the house in the new state we live in) In the meantime of trying to get the lease they went on there own and had $600 dollars in charges to service the AC, and then sent us a bill. This was the second time they had done unauthorized charges and after the first time we told them to please never do it again. We had discussed painting, and I told them they could paint on approved colors. I recently found out, and the only way i did was because i had a friend go by, that they choose deep reds, oranges and greens and chalk boarded a closet. I did say they looked nice and they did, with there decor, but never approved the colors. I wrote them a stern email, and thats when they told us they would be moving out. They had signed the year lease and wanted an addendum, they signed what my husband wrote up stating in the addendum all clauses were still in motion in original lease, but that they would be moving out in 2 months. When they left the place is a mess, stuff is broken, they left a trailer load of junk. So what i am asking, do we have to give them there deposit back? We got estimates on paint with an average of 2100.00, repairs around 500.00, cleaning, 150.00, Hauling of junk 150.00, and unauthorized charges at 800.00 Any suggestions would be helpful, and appreciated. They are suing us for there deposit back, $1300.
quick question, if i buy this trailer, what can i do with it? http://winnipeg.kijiji.ca/c-housing-housing-for-sale-10-Wide-by-45-Long-Trailer-Mobile-Home-W0QQAdIdZ195024957 since i was denied a mortgage, can i buy this trailer and live in it in a trailor park? Are trailer parks hard to get in? will they even let me go in? How much does lot fees cost for a trailor park? this is in canada. Thanks for looking, i will for sure check best answer.
Does anyone know where to find T House brand toys? I bought a toddler quad at a yard sale for my daughter it didn't come with the charger and we need one. The front says T House. It has made in China stickers all over it. It is a 6v battery with little prongs on the connectors. It is pink with a pink trailer with it..has forward reverse.
What are Wal-Mart's effect on home sale values? I currently live in a doublewide trailer built in '88 or '89. I am planning to sell and move into a house in town, however, the main reason for my moving is that Wal-Mart has began building a new Super Center in my backyard. Approximately one hundred and fifty feet behind my home will be the main entry. I am under the impression that a restaurant of some type will be directly out my back door. The Wal-Mart itself will be about three hundred to four hundred feet away, but still a visible eyesore. We are unsure what type of "wall" they will be building, but it won't be tall enough, whatever it is made of, to block passersby from seeing our back porch. We live in Livingston County, Michigan, in a bedroom community. Assuming the home is valued at around twenty thousand dollars, what are my chances of selling? Could I get more than the appraised value? Should I wait for the construction to finish before putting it on the market? Should I sell it myself, or use an agent? The property is a rental property. I pay four hundred and twenty five dollars in rent a month which covers all taxes. I pay for my own electricity, water, and gas. I expect this land to be sold in the future but I want to move before that happens, fearing that I will be forced to move the trailer with little warning or want to do as such. Meijers already has their property on the other side of the highway and most other companies are waiting to see how Wal-Mart does here before moving in. Being that this is a bedroom community, a lower valued home, like this trailer will sell quickly, that much I know. We are growing at an alarming rate, contrary to most places in the area. We live equal driving distances from Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Detroit.
What's the standard process for buying an on-frame modular house? Ours might be delivered next week--but I have some questions about what the dealership did. I just really want to know. . . 1. First of all, this is an on-frame modular--it looks like a "trailer," but is better built, so the process will be like that for a "trailer." 2. The dealership refused to give me a copy of the contract until it was time to sign it. Then we found out we would be responsible for all permits. The county permit office has a sign posted that warns people not to let contractors talk them into getting the permits; it makes you responsible for things you know nothing about. (After finding out this was a standard practice, we went ahead and signed. We were on short time and in danger of losing the land.) Just last week they told me that we do not have a contract at all, but a "sales agreement." 3. They did not tell me they needed the permits to order the house until 2 wks after we/d closed on the loan. Are these standard practices?

PS: She just woke up and she's not talking to me, even when I said hello. Before you tell me I should tell her to go to Maine alone, I've already tried suggesting that. It doesn't work. She won't listen to me AT ALL. I'm 16 years old but I doubt she would allow me to stay with any friends/family members like some of you suggested. And no, she doesn't have any New England roots... I think she is just fed up with the city and wants a different type of life.
Your housing situation? Vehicles? Jobs? I should probably just put all of these questions together! I'll try to do that now instead of asking a billion more questions haha! These are just innocent questions to get to know some of you parents, since I haven't been on here in ages it seems. So many new people to me! Do you own your home or rent? Do you live in a house, trailer, apartment, ect? What kind of vehicle do you drive? What is your job? IF you have a spouse/SO/bf, what do they do? We rent the 3 bedroom house that we are in now. Our landlord is selling the house, and thankfully we've found another house to rent that is bigger and has another bathroom that what we are in now! We live in a house, and will be living in a different house lol I used to drive a really crappy Lumina. It's for sale (anybody want a car? get it out of my driveway!! haha) We have a 2001 Ford F350 at the moment and are looking for a vehicle for me. I can't decide between a fuel efficient car of some sort or a small SUV. I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home momma to my beautiful 3 year old little girl. I watch 2 other children in our home as some extra money on the side to use if we need it, and for my babe to have some friends to play with :)
What is the most I could get a personal loan for? We have good credit and a gross monthly income of about 2,000 which I know is not alot but where I live in a small town in Texas, it does us pretty well. There is a house for sale for about 7,000 it's just a little starter home and they guy is helping us out because we are young with one kid and another on the way. I know the bank will not finance a trailer home so we would have to get out a personal loan. SO I was wondering, what is the most you think we could get a loan for? Could we even get one significant at all? We have gotten loans in the past for up to 500 dollars no problem. Tomorrow we will visit the bank, but in the mean time, I am just wondering.

What should I do? Go for a foreclosure? I bought a home in '07. Everything was going great, and then the A/C unit died, bought a new one with my credit card. 2g's. bought a new lawn mower and trailer. 3500. on credit card. after 6mos there lost my job. 2mos pass no job. broke, no more money. get a new job. 100 miles away. rent a place in new town cause gas was $3-4gal. cheaper to rent than pay for the gas. put house on the market. does not sale. some thief steals lawn mower and trailer from house. rent house out and renter is a turd head. does not pay rent and messes everything up. so i will not rent it out to anyone else. real estate agent gets arrested for trying to have her husband killed. Get a new agent that does not seem to care about me at all. still paying rent and a mortgage. I fired the agent and find a new one. tell me all this stuff I need to do to the house to get it to sale. that is great. just one big problem. no money. credit cards are maxed out. try to get a loan to make the fixes. turned down at 5 banks cause I already owe too much. so not fixes. been on the market for a year and a half now. no one is even looking at it anymore. last week some turd head steals my A/C unit that I bought right after I got the house. I cant afford the deductible for the insurance now. wtf can I do. I am not behind on anything but I only have like $20 buck I can save after I pay everything. What should I do? I want to go back to school. But I can't until I pay off my credit cards. and I cant pay off my credit card until I get rid of this house. ARRR! Should I try foreclosure or bankruptcy. I am just so tired. thanks for any help you can give me. At the end of my rope. neverlast00

I have a few sellable antiques including a `76 vw bug with sunroof an antique hutch and a few odds and ends but I am also destitute and need to acquire enough money from these things to rent the truck! I just need some major help!
We accepted a contract for the sale of our home after the buyer's agent told is they were "pre-approved". The day before closing we found out there was a problem with the husband's wages and that they were declined. Their agent is now trying to get them financing. In the mean time, we purchased a new home in another state, our entire house is packed up, my husband took time off work and we put a down payment on a tractor/trailer for my husband's job. We were assured these people would be approved for their loan by our agent as well as their agent. Do we have any recourse?
How can you legally have a commune in a single dwelling plot of land? It seems like all the plots of land for sale is for single dwelling. Is it possible to find some land that allows you to divide it up or build multiple homes on it? I was told that if you live on the land without a "dwelling" ie a travel trailer or a cob house, then you can live there with any amount of people. How true is that?
about a weird dream i had? about a dream i had first i was with my family some of them , then later next min i was outside front of a house lol doing a yard sale and on the side of me was my daughter , it was dark sorta outside then next mins i am in trailer looking house inside i was sitting on a couch and my daughter was walking around and there was peoples there i think it was my family but i didnt see who but they left i saw through the trailer door and then i started to stare at this guy in a chair and i knew him, he is from my high school we was friends alittle but i dont understand why is in my dream lol because i dont like him that way or anything we dont know each other anymore so anyways he was there and then i get up and go to him and just kiss him and he kisses back and we was kissing for awhile then he said do you want to do it and i said what...then someone came home because we heard the car door and that moment i woke up so you see i am confused lol well tell me what do you think all throughts please .
Huntington Beach or Fountain Valley, CA? Hello,I am planning to move to Orange County, California and I was wondering which city is best for me. I wanted to be somewhere near Anaheim and Huntington Beach. I currently reside in a small town in WI, less than 20,000 population. I have questions about both of the mentioned cities. -Huntington Beach- I happen to think this city is beautiful and I'd love to live there. Is there anyone that lives here that would give me a description of what it's like? I'm under the impression that it's very pricey to live here, since it's on a beach and whatnot. Is that true? Also, where I'm from, we can live in mobile homes in trailer parks. Is there any such thing in Huntington Beach? Or is it all housing? If you've been here before, what's it like? Is it a big city? Are people there friendly and courteous? Is the shopping good (more than one mall with a variety of stores). I live in a 20 business town, what's the comparison? Is there a place where concerts are held? Like "The Farm" in Las Vegas? A building or park where bands play? Tell me as much as you know. -Fountain Valley- Same questions apply, what are prices on homes, is there a large hispanic population? Mobile homes? Weather? Rain? Snow? Concert, main attractions? How far are either of the 2 locations from Anaheim? Tell all that you know, give me an idea of what it's like to live in either place and help me decide which of the two I should move to. Ever since I was little, I've wanted to move to Huntington Beach. Now I realize how expensive it is to live right on the Pacific Ocean coast, by Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach. Is there a difference between living near the beach in Huntington Beach? Is it cheaper and more residential to live on the other side of town? I've hear that schooling in FV is not so good. Is there a lot of houses for sale? Or is it difficult to find land in either places? How rare are job openings? Is there a lot of cosmetology there? Nail care salons, Spas, hair/makeup places? Is there Weildig jobs? ANSWER AS MUCH AS YOU KNOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH. =)
Fema type trailer? My neighbor has a tiny fema type trailer for sale. I have been looking for a small trailer to move into and put beside my parents house while i attend college. Does anyone know what small trailers are called, it is not a 12x50 or anything that big, but smaller, its about the size of maybe a large motorhome. Anyone know brand names or anything? or sizes? Not a travel trailer..it is like a very small mobile home
Can my ex-landlord legally keep my building & belongings? Please read on...? I live in Tennessee. I rented a house for about 6 monts (month to month lease) & had to move recently, for many reasons. The "slumlord" would not make any repairs. There was no heat in the house & winter was coming. I paid rent in full, on time, every month. I put a lot of money into fixing things on the house, with the promise of repayment from the landlord, which never happened. Plus, he put the house up for sale w/no forewarning. He had had me sign monthly leases up until December. When I gave him the 30 day notice (which ended October 31st), he got highly upset, saying I was putting his financial situation in severe strain & said he had no choice but to accept my notice. I had several good reasons to "break" a lease anyway. The ONLY thing left there is my storage building & my belongings inside of it. The house is empty & I even cleaned it before I moved out. He is ignoring my requests in regard to the security deposit being returned. A neighbor was supposed to meet me this morning, with a trailer, to get my building. But he didn't show. I later found out that it was because the landlord had told him that as of November 1st, that my building & everything in it was HIS. He put up a no tresspassing sign & threatened to call the law on anyone who came on the property. Don't I legally have 30 more days? Surely, as good as I paid rent & kept things up, he can't legally not allow me to get my building. I even sent him a letter telling him it was taking a little longer to get the building. His mother called me at work the other day & I told her about the building & she said she would make sure it was okay. But now he's making these threats. I think he's trying to scare people into leaving it there. I want to make sure that I can legally still get my building. What about the no tresspassing sign? What should I do?
Help check my essay due tomorrow!? Here it is, Help plz with grammar and spelling and everything else plz. thxx My Family Divided My parents never really got along well and from an early age I figured at some point they would probably get divorced at some point in my life. My Siblings and I, including an older sister and two younger brothers, always expected for the marriage to come to an abrupt halt. When it finally happened, it was extremely random and done so casually by my father. My father works for a Canadian based company expanding into the United States. He meet her at the cooperate headquarters. I remember walking downstairs to my father telling my mother that he had meet someone else. As My Mother began to cry over the grim news, I began crying, my two brothers and my sister began to cry as well. Everyone but my father cried. Almost immediately my mother kicked him out of the house. That was, for a lack of better words, the beginning of the end. My father Decided he was leaving. We had to quickly throw the house up for sale; we couldn’t afford such luxuries as our upper class home with such a decline in income. We fortunately had better luck than most that summer selling our house. It sold within 2 months for close to what we were asking in price. We had to find a new place to live fast. We found a significantly smaller house a few neighborhoods over. The decrease in size matched the lower cost. We were fortunately able to attend the same schools as before, but our living experience would change drastically. We moved everything by ourselves on a borrowed trailer from my uncle. It took multiple trips but it was done. We had finally found a new home. The divorce had a big impact on me in more than just where I had to live. It almost took a metaphysical aura about it. I struggled to feel connected to either of my parents, let alone my friends. I would rarely see my father and when I did it would almost seem surreal. It’s really not a fun time only having one parent to rely on. You learn to rely on yourself. It makes you a stronger person. I’ve had to learn to be happier with less. My mom didn’t make nearly as much as my father did and was really struggling with debt from our previous house. I’ve came away with a lot of things from this divorce. I’m stronger willed, more independent, and unfortunately numb to a lot of emotions. It takes a lot to make me sad. I’ve mainly concluded that divorce is an awful as an idea and worse in practice. I’ll leave you with a quote the great band Blink-182, “If this is what he wants and this is what she wants then why is there so much pain?”
I would like some opinions? First my wife is filing for divorce. Second, my psychologist gave me a diagnosis today of why I acted the way I did that caused my wife to want a divorce (Post dramatic stress disorder). My wife and I married in October 2002 and was pregnant with our daughter who is now 5 1/2 years old. When we first got married everything was great just like any other marriage. I was deployed to afghanistan in 2003 when my daughter was just 3 months old. The day I left I felt like part of me was being ripped apart. As the airplane was taking off with a tractor trailer and a dump truck chained to the floor of the airplane almost crashed. Somehow we started to gain altitude and stabilized about 2 hours into flight. The flight was 14 hours long to our destination. We landed in the dark so we wouldn't be shot at in flight but we landed just fine. That was my first bad experience. One week into deployment I had to go to view 4 soldiers that just got killed in action and that is when I realized that one of those bodies could be me. As I was standing in formation I felt like I was going to pass out. My heart was racing and felt like running away and ripping my clothes off. Somehow I was able to stand in formation until it ended. I went to the clinic to see if I was having a heart attack. The doctor gave me 2 ekg's because he did not know why my heart wanted to come out of my chest. After a few hours my heart rate came down a bit. That is when the doc diagnosed me with an anxiety attack. Ever since then I continued to have these attacks even when I came home. I rushed to the hospital 5 to six times since I came home in 2004. I did not notice that I had shut down from everyone when I was there and when I came back home. I was always misserable, I argued a lot, nothing made me happy, did not want to be around people, did not want to see people, spend too much money and everything bothered me. I was never aware of what I was doing to my family until my wife just had it with me and seperated in August 3 of this year. Since then I have been out of control trying to get her back but that just drove her more away from me to the point she hates me. My behavior was never intentional and never meant to hurt her. I am getting the help I need to improve my condition. I want to be happy again and make my family happy but I think is to late. I understand why she wants nothing to do with me but it hurts not to have her in my life just like it was before I was deployed. She now wants to move on and begs me to move on. Our house is for sale she moved to her grandmother and any day now I should be receiving the divorce papers. If any female or male have a significant other that is in the service please do not turn your back to them unless they are abusing you. Get them help because we needed. We went through a traumatic event and we need help. I am now preparing to start my life over again.

Neighbors pipe burst and had to tear up our yard? We're currently living in a mobile home, and have to pay lot rent. Last summer our neighbors pipe burst under they're trailer, and had to dig up some of our drive way and yard. We dedicated our free time, hard work, and money into fixing the yard.... somewhat. This winter it happened again, now that the snow is melting our yard is a huge mud hole, along with our drive way. We are going to put our house up for sale within the next year, and know that our yard looking like this is not a plus, plus its going to be a pain to walk to our shed, or even mow! Its really annoying.. question is, should our landlord have to "repair" our yard?? Thanks :) I understand that it is "his" yard, that is why we are paying him money! All i know is if i was looking at a trailor and the yard looked like this, i wouldnt buy it. If he dosent want to fix it, what do we do?

Obama Administration Wants to sell 100,000 Toxic Trailers From Katrina - Good or Bad Idea? The Obama administration is making a big health care mistake. I’m not talking about the final push for comprehensive reform legislation, which is righteous and necessary. I mean the sale of more than 100,000 contaminated trailers and mobile homes—a move that could make people sick. The trailers are a legacy of the Bush administration’s botched response to Hurricane Katrina. They were purchased by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as temporary housing for displaced Gulf Coast residents, but some people who moved into them reported burning eyes, irritated throats, headaches and nosebleeds. Hole in wall at mobile home? My mother bought a single wide mobile home brand new 6 years ago...ive actually never seen one this nice before! Anyway..she is moving to a big house with her fiancee and is selling the trailer, to me....she is refunding me part of the money from the sale for some repairs...one of which is a big hole, made by me, hehe, in the back bedroom wall. How would I go about repairing it? Is it different than fixing a wall in a normal house? And can you paint over the walls, they are kind of a patterned paneling? Thanks...Also, the walls have a strip from floor to ceiling about an inch wide every 5 feet or so..guess where the paneling ends....if i paint how would i go about making that look decent?
what are some good sites to find trucks for sale? Ok so 2 weeks ago my parents went fishing, they left around 7 at night and were on their way back home at midnight when someone ran a stop sign and hit them going about 50 my parents were going about 50-55 and the excuse that the man gave them was that he "thought it was a 4-way stop" are you too stupid to even stop at a 4-way cause you think they are gonna stop too when you can clearly see that they arnt slowing down?????????? anyways the man totaled my dad's pride and joy he had a 1998, been in the family Toyota Tacoma, 4x4, 5 speed, ext cab, only like 70k miles, perfect running condition, well maintained, very nice truck, lifted, had extras on it, etc. and a nice bass boat that was easily accessible by my papal and my dad's favorite out of all the boats he has ever owned. Anyways they took the truck to be junked cause it was unrepairable but he got to keep the boat but its gonna need work and a new trailer---it landed up side down in a ditch cause the impact broke the hitch and slung the trailer around my dad has been looking for a truck since the day after the accident and he has found a few he liked on craigslist and auto trader but we are running out of luck and my dad can not stand being confined to the house Does anyone know of any good sites that have trucks for sale that are actually REAL trucks and not fake ads? We live in GA if that helps any. He doesnt wanna buy from a dealer either. any help on sites would be greatly appreciated mad jack:: thanks i never knew that about the rust, but my dad loves Toyota thats the only kinda truck he will buy, and he has been looking for another tacoma which i think he should try a ford maybe a ranger or something just to take him hunting/shooting in and do a scope around the property in and for pleasure driving but idk he wants a tacoma--he wants to find one just like his old one but its one away from being impossible since we have found one just like it but it has like over 160k miles on it and its also green--his was black which i think as long as its not a white truck (harder to keep clean) then he doesnt care about the color but the millage gets to him so idk what he's gonna do, i would like to find one with in the next week that is a good fit for him cause their anniversary is sunday and it would be the perfect gift :]
Heirs rights in a will when you can't get help from the Probate Court Judge? My Father passed away on August 4, 2009 and my brother is executor of the will. He is saying my Father didn't have anything. My Daddy did not have a lot of money, thanks to my brother, but he did have alot of 'Personal Property'. Of course, he had clothes and personal items but he also had a lawn mower trailer, boat, motor, trailer, etc. Many items here and there but I would have to have access to his checking account to prove this which my BROTHER has complete control of. My Father also had an indemnity insurance plan that owed him $1300.00 from the days he was in the hospital before he passed. Also, my Father HAD life insurance but it is strange how it can't be found since he past. Oh, he had been living with my brother for approx. 2 years before he past. He also had a truck, paid for, and I KNOW he had life insurance but I don't know who he had it with. I sold insurance as well as my son does and we both discussed with my Father, (recently), before his death and he reassured BOTH of us that he had life insurance and had all he needed. He told my BROTHER TWO WEEKS before he past but for some strange reason, my brother can't FIND the policy! My brother could care less if he EVER saw me again but the feeling is MUTUAL BUT, he has SCREWED me his LAST time! My Father had a brick home PAID FOR, in a NICE subdivision and when My MOther past away in 1992, the home was split in 3 shares with a third of the home being MINE. Well, when we all three agreed for my Father to sell the home and move in 1999, I found out there was money owing on it. My Brother had borrowed money AGAINST the house with the LOAN on a FLOATING interest RATE!! I had to SIGN my part UP to pay my BROTHER'S bill. If NOT, I would've been OWING on it! My Father got $3000.00 out of the sale of the house when the papers were done!! The will states that money, personal and real estate property is to be split between my brother and myself! My brother is claiming my Daddy HAD NOTHING!!! I went to the Probate JUDGE which is GOOD friends with my brother, he told me that my brother did not have to probate the will if there is no money involved! I asked the probate Judge about the personal property and he said that families are to settle that between themselves! Then he said further that I could HIRE an Attorney but I would spend LOTS OF money that wouldn't probably be worth it!! NOW, my brother is GIVING things away! He has my Daddy's TRUCK up for sale!! I am FURIOUS! Please if ANYONE knows of anything I can do, say, file, or whatever without ME having to PAY an Attorney, please tell me! I don't understand WHY I have to pay OUT the YING YANG to get my fair SHARE that was GIVEN to me or left to me, JUST because MY brother is being GREETY!!! I did not get so much of a hanky of my Daddy's. Incase it makes a difference, my Daddy lived in the state of Georgia! It is NOT the monmental value, it is the PRINCIPAL now! PLEASE, HELP ME, I can't sit here and just let him get away with this!! There HAS to be SOME rights for the heir that doesn't have ANY control? THANK YOU for taking the time to read this and even more if you have a solution. I wanted to say that the Probate Judge told me that I could hire a lawyer but this is the point, why do I have to hire a lawyer and pay fees just because I am not the executor? I would think that would be the executors problem b/c he is not doing what he was appointed to do? I have paid an attorney $150.00 to discuss my options for 45 MINUTES!! Who can AFFORD THIS?? There has to be something I can do w/o the COSTLY expenses of an attorney! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!?? If you can't help, please tell me who is superior to the Probate Judge? Where do I get started to change this so it won't happen to another person in this situation?
Moving to Vegas. How cold does it get in the winter? What about pollution? We also want to know about recreation. Are there places to camp in the summer? How hot does it get in the summer? And what neighborhoods are good to live in. We want an older house with a yard for the dog and plenty of parking for 2 vehicles, 1 5th wheel trailer and a couple of motorcycles. But we don't want to pay alot. Can't afford to til we get settled. Will have money from the sale of our home to get settled and put down on a house. Would buy a house if we find the right one. My husband works construction, has 30 plus years experience. Licensed Contractor. I have 30 plus years experience in Customer Service mostly Management. What are our chances of getting good jobs with good pay? We need to make at least 40K together. What are our chances of this? Lot's of questions, but, we want to be sure we are making the right decision. Thanks!! All of these are great answers and I appreciate the input. I can't decide on a best answer. So I will put it to a vote. Thanks All!!!!
How do you know that Gypsies bring down house prices? What do you do? Look through your window and see some Gypsies just entering the village then immediately pick up the phone and request a property survey? Or may you run outside the moment a trailer is in the actual process of pulling into a field and put up a for sale sign to test you "theories"? Gypsies DO NOT bring down houses price, but prejudice does. Its not our fault you don't like Gypsies, its your own selfish pride that plunges your property values. Falling house prices are the home owners burden, no one elses. If property prices fall, then tough. It is an unnecessary burden the owners bring on themselves. When you buy a house, remember!!! you don't own land 5 mile radius of that which is specified within the law. If we Gypsies can manage to obey the law under incredible prejudice, then there is no reason why anyone else in Britain can't!!!
How do we deal with my brothers? Okwe are having a bit of a dilema here.My mother is going to be turning 88 this year and so far she has lived longer than anyone in her family. She has some health problems and has been disabled since 1998. My father passed away in 1987 after a long battle with cancer. Since I was the youngest and wasn't married I moved in with my folks after I got out of service and have helped with upkeep and everything on the house and yard and after my dad pawy I made my mom get out and about instead of just staring at four walls all day. Due to severe oseoatheritis in her kness and legs she has been confined to a wheelchair for almost ten years but I put a lift on my van and on my fifthweheell trailer so she could still go with me differant places.A couple ofyears go I was diagnosed with cancer of the Pancreas and Liver and had to take social security disability. Now here is the problem my Mom has a living trust that is set up for the three boys to get the interest of of until we are gone then it goes to the grand children. My mother has decided that since I've stayed with her and taken care of her that I should get a little more out of the estate basically I'd draw 1,000 a month until I die. We know at least one of my brothers is going to pitch a fit over this but he is able to work and has a wife and kids of his own to look aafter him where I don't so do we tell them now or wait till after mother isone to let the cat out of the bag. They will each get a portion of the sale of this house all her personal items and 3 vehicles as well as 100 grand each, so the only thing affected by her decision is the living trust they will get the interst of thir portion where I'll have a minimum amount comming each month. So dowe tell them or wait?
One last question about my puppy. Please help! ITS URGENT!? I found an ad on kijiji, it was this lady selling chihuahua's. I was going to get one from a Rescue or something but I looked and couldn't find the puppy for me... I saw a picture of 1 of the 3 dogs she had left for sale and I fell in love with her! I went to her house a few days later. (like a 2 hour drive!) And bought my puppy. I asked the lady if my puppy had her first shots or second shots or anything? She is almost 4 months. (4 months on the 20th of this month) Anyways... She told me that she buy's the shots and medicine herself at some feed store and gives the puppies the shots HERSELF! (She said because she has a lot of puppies at once it gets expensive to take them all to the vet for their shots) She also said she used to work at a Shelter and gave dogs shots before so she knows what she's doing and she said she never had any problems. But she seemed really shady... She lived in the ghetto in like a trailer park with dirt for a front yard and no back yard. My mom and I drove down this dirt road and she was standing outside her gate. I met her at the gate and behind the gate was her dirt front yard and her trailer park house. Also she had like 6 dogs running around on the dirt front yard. She went in her house and brought me my dog and she brought 2 other Chi's out. She said there were 3 more inside of hers and like 6 puppies or so in the house. And she said there were more dogs around on the side of the house. So she did not seem trustworthy at all. But when I saw the puppy I fell even more in love with her! And I would especially want to take her and give her a WAY better home! The lady also told me that she bathed all the puppies once a week! I don't think thats good for puppies... Anyways, so she gave my puppy (and the others) their shots herself. Is that okay? If I went to my vet and he checked her out and said everything is fine then would it hurt her to get the same shots all over again? Just to make sure? I'm really worried that she didn't get the shots or that its not safe what she did. Thanks for reading all that and thank you for any help. Oh and she told me that one of the puppies has a bad leg... Like its all gimpy and broken or something. Thats the reason she's keeping that one. She just seemed really shady. Not trusting AT all No, she gave me No shot record. And she never took the puppies to the vet. What is BYB? Oh and she doesn't even have a breeders license.
Renting a house asked to leave? Thisis a long but true story. Please give honest and intelligent answers. We were living in a trailer (myself and two young sons) The trailer was older and kind of falling apart. We asked our church family for posible help with roof repairs. A memeber of our church called a few times and asked if we wanted to rent a home he had for sale. The deal was he did not think the home would sell soon and we could stay there till it sold and would be given two months or so after the sale. I was not sure but he did call a few times and kept asking about it. He knew we had no money to speak of and we could not put down a deposit and he knew I was a single mom with two boys. We eventually agreed to the deal and moved into the house along with our older black lab. We were there for two years and six months never ever was late on the rent! We tried to maintain it and keep it clean. My boys, I will admit left there bikes in the yard and did minor damage to their screen window.(in their room). We always mowed the lawn but when thegas prices spiked a while ago we could not mow the lawn as much we used to. He called us out of the blue one day and said we were not mantaining his propertyand we had two months to get out. It was almost the end of the month so we had three days to get out so we could put deposit money and rent on a new place. He knew i did not have a pot to pee in. The home is not sold and I felt like great behaviour for a christian in our church. after, I found out he sold his own home and his whole intent was to move into our smaller place after his sold his other place. His wife is part of a very small bible study group that I used to attend. I feel humiliated because after we left she claims we caused $1,000 of dollars worth of damage to the home. Not true. We could not afford steam clean carpets and that sort of thing but we cleaned the best we could and left before the beginning of the month rent was paid up!! I'm I wrong feeling kind of mad and betrayed...... Yes I am grateful for the time we had The reason I said we had a few days was because we had to pay deposit and rent on a new place as opposed to paying on where we were at could not afford both Yes looking into a new church
Top Mexican Drug Lord Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla "I Trafficked Cocaine For The U.S. Government"? The “logistical coordinator” for a top Mexican drug-trafficking gang that was responsible for purchasing the CIA torture jet that crashed with four tons on cocaine on board back in 2007 has told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago that he has been working as a U.S. government asset for years. Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla is the son of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada Garcia, one of the top kingpins of the Sinaloa drug-trafficking organization. Niebla was arrested in Mexico in March 2009 and extradited to the United States to stand trial last February. “The indictment pending against Zambada Niebla claims he served as the “logistical coordinator” for the “cartel,” helping to oversee an operation that imported into the U.S. “multi-ton quantities of cocaine … using various means, including but not limited to, Boeing 747 cargo aircraft, private aircraft … buses, rail cars, tractor trailers, and automobiles,” writes Narcosphere’s Bill Conroy. In a two page court pleading filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago, Niebla claims that he was working on behalf and with the authority of, “The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”); and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”); and the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”),” since January 1, 2004. Niebla is also connected to the Gulfstream II jet that wrecked with four tons of cocaine on board on September 24, 2007. European investigators linked the plane’s tail number, N987SA, to past CIA “rendition” operations. The bill of sale for the Gulfstream jet, sold weeks before it crashed, listed the name of Greg Smith, a pilot who had previously worked for the FBI, DEA and CIA. The plane was purchased by Niebla’s Sinaloa drug-trafficking organization through a syndicate of Colombian drug-traffickers that included a CIA asset named Nelson Urrego, according to another undercover CIA operative, Baruch Vega, who was involved in the deal. “The Gulfstream II jet, according to Mexican authorities, was among a number of aircraft acquired by the Sinaloa drug organization via an elaborate money laundering scheme involving a chain of Mexican casa de cambios (currency exchange houses) overseen by alleged Sinaloa organization operative Pedro Alfonso Alatorre Damy, according to Mexican government and U.S. media reports,” writes Conroy. Sinaloa bought the jet by wiring money through the U.S. banking giant Wachovia, now a subsidiary of Wells Fargo. “In total, nearly $13 million dollars went through correspondent bank accounts at Wachovia for the purchase of aircraft to be used in the illegal narcotics trade. From these aircraft, more than 20,000 kilograms of cocaine were seized,” states Wachovia’s deferred prosecution agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. Wachovia was forced to pay a penalty of around $160 million dollars for allowing the money to be laundered through its correspondent bank accounts. “So, the criminal cases pending against alleged Colombian narco-trafficker Urrego, accused money-launderer Damy and Sinaloa organization logistics chief Zambada Niebla all appear to connect through the Gulfstream II cocaine jet at some level,” summarizes Conroy. Another private aircraft that was full of cocaine crashed in New Mexico on Sunday morning, but the plane has yet to be identified. In addition to smuggling narcotics into the United States, Niebla is also accused of obtaining weapons from the U.S. with the intent to use them to cause violence in Mexico City, leading to the murders of several innocent people. Despite the fact that the Obama administration has cited the flow of guns from the U.S. into Mexico as an excuse with which to attack the second amendment rights of Americans, it was recently revealed that the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives deliberately allowed guns to be smuggled from the U.S. into the hands of Mexican drug lords under “Operation Fast and Furious”. President Obama later denied that he had any knowledge of the program. Niebla’s assertion that he smuggled drugs from Mexico into the United States while working for the U.S. government adds further weight to the already voluminous body of evidence that confirms the CIA and U.S. banking giants are the top players in a global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year, information made public by the likes of Gary Webb, who it was claimed committed suicide in 2004 despite the fact that he was found with two gunshot wounds to the head and after Webb himself had complained of death threats and “government people” stalking his home. your opinion discuss
Live in Indiana, just bought a Trailer home and need to know if the sales transaction is complete.? I just purchased a trailer home and paid cash for it. I have a bill of sale and receipt from the previous owners but was told I should get a "title" for it like you do a vehicle. When mentioning this to the previous owners, who bought this house new 10 years ago, they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. How should i proceed with this? I paid the spring taxes on it and have fall coming up soon, person at the court house said i need a "Title" Any ideas are welcome.
In Colorado, is it legal to have a car parked in your driveway that isn't registered and doesn't have insuranc? I'm out of the country at the moment, but there's a car for sale that I want to buy, my very first car. Problem is, I live in a VERY rural area where a 1996 piece-o-sh* Ford Contour, for example, sells for $5k, and it's one of just 8 cars for sale that I know of. Anyway, so I'm out of the country, but I contacted the seller (who lives 2 hours from where my house is) and he said that for $50, he's willing to drive the car to my friend's house who will get the title, bill of sale, etc, and has agreed to keep the car parked at his house for me until I come back in mid-May. Before anything, however, my friend and I would write up a contract stating that I loaned him the money to buy the car, that he is not to drive the car while it is in his possession, and that, on an agreed-upon date between May 10th and June 1st, 2011, he is to sell the car to me for $1, car being in the exact same condition as when he bought it. I'd write it up and sign it, fax it to him, and he'd fax me a signed copy back. Then, when I got back to Colorado, I'd get the car registered and insured, and go on with life. But is it legal for him to have the car in his driveway with nothing but a clean title? For the record, he'll have it parked IN his driveway and he lives in a trailer park--the entire thing is private property (streets included), unless there's something I don't know. Does this sound alright? For the record, it's Alamosa county. Just called the DMV who said that as long as it's on private property, it's no problem. Thanks, everyone. :)
do i have to pay what is owed if my home is forclosed and sold at sherriff sale? I have a good job but because of a lot of bad things happening i ended up in forclosure whith my home in ohio. it is a fannie mae loan on the property and the bank is trying to get me back into the house .. but i have been told that they will not pursue any collections for the balance if it is sold at a sherriffs sale .. my credit is already shot .. and if this is true i am in a much better situation now . i am 56 and living in a small trailer with very small expenses... thank u for ure thoughts.......
My husband and I cut our rent lease short to move into my dads house on 5 acres to pay his mortgage? When we cut the lease, the company came back with all of these bogus charges about what we did wrong. Even after keeping a $975.00 deposit they still put $1,xxx.xx (have to look for exact cant remember) on our credit. Miler Properties has a bunch of really bad reviews with people that had the same problem so its not surprise they did this looking back. ANYWAY, my dad's house is a shack and we have been here for 2 years now paying 1,168.72 and running into all kinds of problems with this mortgage company which my dad has made our responsibility to handle. He has a small trailer on the same property and just butts in anytime I have a talk with my son when he is in earshot. He now has the land up for sale so we can get the heck on but it's taking forever. Im just sick of living here and we now have a second baby on the way after having one 6 months ago. We also have a nine year old and 5 dogs and NO ROOM but my dad insists that we stay here until it sells. Our credit is not good at all but we have set up some arrangements with student loans and another company to begin to pay that off. We couldn't move out comfortably right now and even rent at the moment because of Miler being on our credit. It's obvious that Miler is a priority to pay off as soon as possible. Sorry to vent but basically my question is what is the best way to pay things on our credit report so we can just move out and into our OWN home. Should we get a lawyer to witness these pay offs or a financial advisor or call the credit bureau personally. My mother in law says to never pay directly to the bureau. I just want to start paying things but just dont know how to do it. What is the best way to handle the credit bureau to get our credit clean and nice for a house loan? Thank you for letting me blow off steam :)
How to get a home loan when I already have a home loan....? Here are the details...I have 110K left on my loan, my house is worth approx 150-160K. I have a personal loan out for 50K, in which I bought my grandfathers trailer and 2 acres land which I rent out now. That is worth approx 90K. There is a property that adjoins my house that is for sale by owner for 130K, worth about 160K. I want to buy this because if I combine our two lots, I could make two 2 acre building lots which would be valued around 40K each. Then either renovate the new house and sell, or sell my house and live in the other. I make about 50K a year, and with my home loan, the personal loan and car payments, I know my debt to income is maxed. Owner of the home does not want to do owner financing or carry a second. Any ideas on how I can get this done?
I have a question about the tax sale on Monday. Our neighbors name is in the paper for not paying taxes....? As of today, they still haven't been paid. My husband is going to the Courthouse or wherever it's taking place and is going to try to get it. The property in question is a single wide trailer on .19 acres of land for about $800. My questions are, if we win the bid, do we get both the trailer and land? How does this work? We know we have to have cash or a letter from the bank showing we have enough money to cover it. The only reason we would like to get it is because they are the worst neighbors...not kidding. Also, if we get the bid...what happens next? Do we give an eviction or does the court house? Also, what happens if no one bids on this property? Do they get to stay there while the taxes keep going up? Thanks!! We will give proper eviction notice...no forcing anybody out! The trailer and land are owned by the property owner. Additional info: It is in the state of PA and it says (No Redemption permitted after sale) Does this mean they can't get it back after it sales?
What is the most possible co-signers for a loan on a house? There is this 5000+ sq. ft. home for sale, sitting on top of an acre land I might add, and since it's in Las Vegas they want to tear it down to make room for suburban housing. He's asking for 1.5 million dollars because he really doesn't want to sell it, but at the same token, he wants to make a pretty penny. Me, family, and 20 some odd friends, quite easily more if they buy out the trailer park, can make the down payment since we all have fast food and construction jobs, but I'm not sure what the maximum amount of co-signers are. I really don't know too much about buying a home, so please explain in detail as much as you can. I also am curious how exactly the buying process goes, as well as the loan, types of loans, interest, down payment, insurance, et al. If necessary, provide links or any other source of information. Thank you.
Do I have to pay monthly lot rental fee if I buy this house? I saw a listing on a real estate website about a mobile home for sale, it is a doublewide with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, about 1020 sq ft, it says it is located on a subdivision, in a park, and it costs $30,000, I think it is a deal, but do I have to pay lot rental? I drove there today and I see mailboxes(including neighbor's) all put in one big mailbox separated, that seems to me I don't own the land because there isn't one mailbox for each household, more like some kind of trailer park and that you have to pay monthly lot rental, so is it likely that I'll have to pay monthly for the land?
i need some help with divorce questions i have no idea where to start. srry this is long? i am married 19 yrs with a 17 and 13 yo. first marriage been married since i was 19. we own a house now that we have for sale it is not going well. we own some property 14acrs and a trailer. i am not sure yet about the divorce it depends on my h if he decides to choose me or his drinking. if it goes that way i want the property and trailer but it isnt set up yet no water no elect no sewer ect. and i dont have money it takes everything we make.. i would be willing to let him have the house and keep it or sale what ever i dont want it. my question is if the seperation takes place where do i stay? till the divorce and if one person leaves the home how do you split the bills up? i really just dont know where to turn to this is all new to me and i am totally lost... any help would be apprieciated. one more thing do i need to talk to a lawyer before i make him choose or wait til after? i cant afford to stay in the house with out his check plus i know this may sound dumb to some but i love this man i have put my whole life into this marriage and i thought that this house was made out of love and if he chooses to end our marriage i couldnt stand to be in that house with all the memories ect trust me i will put my kids first as i always have and will that is not even a thought.
Is this a good deal or just stupid? I sold my gay, green Neon for $1500.00 and I am in the market for another truck. I burned my other truck after I blew up my transmission driving backwards on a dirt track. (see my blogs for the sad, sad stories of my truck, my trip to Daytona and how it all ended..) I have found a 1971 Mack 18 wheeler for sale for only $2500.00. It is rough, one window doesn't work, the interior is shot and the paint is flat red and the tires are bald but it does run even though it smokes like heck. I don't have a C license but I would only drive it around and not haul anything. Is this legal? I think it would be so cool to bolt a pick-up bed to the rear frame and tool around town. I would be the biggest redneck alive then! It would drive my neighbor insane. He hates my guts anyway and tried to have me kicked out of the trailer park this week. I think it would look very cool parked in front of my house every night. Any comments? Hey, chicks love me! I am a sex machine and driving a big, big truck will have them crawling all over me. Besides, all those Humvees will damn well get out of my way when I come blasting down the highway. I am presently living the good life since I settled with the city of Tampa so all I have to do is drink, smoke, fish, eat and party anyway. A big azzed truck would just be the icing on the dang cake, eh?

Would the following increase the chance of it being bought? I am just curious about something and I know very little about Real Estate. My aunt and uncle live in a small town of 60 people. 5-6years ago they moved out of a house into a trailer house across the street. They put the house up on sale since then. Nobody has been interested in buying it. I'm wondering if it's alright with them, if I rented it during the summer months would it increase the chance of it being bought? Why or why not?
buying a house but trailer not included what can I do? Hi all I hope you can help! I am looking at a house on some land that I have fallen in love with. The problem is there is a trailer on the property that the owners had lived in while the house was being built. The house is now in forclouser. Since the trailer was theres before they got a loan on the land and house it is not included in the sale but would still be on my property.Since it is being sold from the bank I have know Idea who owns it. What can I do? Would I have to pay taxes on it?
do you think I am being scammed....................?
What to do to get rid of neighbors? Please read to see how bad they are.? These people moved in next door and are supposedly buying that house pending the sale of their TRAILER. Please what can I do to get rid of them? They have been there a couple of months and in that time... 1. Cops and ambulance were called. The husband slashed his body and wrists with razors. This is not the first time they had cops at their home. 2. The wife smokes pot blatently. The child authorities took her kids. She had them stay at her sisters and was not supposed to see them but the sister brought the kids over to sleep at her house with all this going on. I called but don't know their last name. 3. There are coming and going all hours of the night. 4. The yard has debris and a fallen chimney. I have already sent a letter to the property owners which is an out of state company. I already called the fire department regarding their chimney falling onto their lawn. What more can I do to get them out? Is there city ordinances I can check into? Help. It's a house not a condo. The people still listed on the property is a company, which I looked up via city records. They said they are not paying them so I assume they will be going soon, but not soon enough. In addition, other neighbors are calling on them too. It's not just me. One of my neighbor's just caught me outside and told me he called regarding the chimney and that is a violation. So fingers crossed.
I just want to know what everyone thinks about my essay? Grandpa’s Call to the West My family has seen many miracles, this is one of the greatest. My grandpa, who is a preacher, grandma, and their six kids lived in Hillsville, Virginia. In 1975, grandpa had a call to move west. After telling the family about this call, Grandma looked at him and said, “Do you expect me to believe that?” Grandpa told her to go ahead and start packing anyway. He decided to auction off their land and everything they owned. With some of the money, he bought a 1972 one-ton ford pick-up with an aluminum bed. He fixed the bed of the truck like a living room and that’s where all six kids rode. They packed everything in their station wagon and pulled it with the truck he had just bought. With no air condition, the ride out was very uncomfortable. Over 2,000 miles later they finally arrived at a camp ground in Phoenix, Arizona. They stayed there in a tent while grandpa searched for land and a place to live. After looking around for a while, he soon realized that things weren’t so cheap out west. For a roach infested shack it ranged from $400-$500 a month. Grandma, finally fed up with everything, wanted to move back to Virginia before they all ended up dead. They didn’t have enough money to make it back to Virginia so they stopped in Tucson, Arizona. After staying there a while he decided to try and find some way back to Virginia. He barley made it two miles out of Tucson when a voice spoke to him and as plan as day told him to pull the truck off onto the median and unhook the station wagon. Then they were to get the kids and drive back up the road till they found a man on the right hand side of the road and he would tell them what to do next. After driving a short time he noticed a post office with a driveway made of smooth, polished stone. It was so pretty he thought he wasn’t suppose to drive on it. In the yard there was a 60 foot oak tree which was very rare to be in a desert. Standing in the parking lot was a man with his foot propped up on his truck. Grandpa told him he was looking for a good place to live. He said “Go down the road about 35 miles and you’ll see a sign that says Fort Wachuka in Seira Vista Arizona.” When they found the town, they saw a sign for a trailer sale. They pulled in and a women came running out. Grandma got out of the car and smiled and said this feels just like home! She praised God and said it feels like I’ve lived here my whole life. The women outside came and told grandpa to come in the office and make his self at home. She picked up the phone and begin dialing a number and started talking to a man telling him she had a family down here needing a place to live. The man told her he had a double wide trailer. Grandpa told the women he didn’t have enough money for a trailer. She insisted that they went and looked at the trailer. After looking at the trailer the man told grandpa that he could have it for $150 a month and it would be ready in 30 days. Grandpa told the man there’s no way that a trailer could be that cheap and the man said well you can sure have it for that. They stayed in a tent for 30 days while waiting for the trailer to be ready. Grandma was finally happy and wanted to go back and thank the man at the post office. She also wanted to see the huge oak tree again so she could take a picture. They got back to where the post office should have been and there was only a curb and some sage brush. They went to the nearest gas station and grandpa asked them where that post office went. The clerk looked at him like he was crazy and said there was never a post office there. Grandpa told the man he knew there was a post office him and his wife were just there the other day. The man told him that he was over heated and the best thing he could do is find some where to cool off. They drove back there every month for a year and never found it. They always felt the Spirit of God there every time they went. All of this was part of a prophecy back in Virginia. A women told him “You’ll move far away and when you get there you will build a church.” He was told he would never find a job out west because there wasn’t much work back in 1975. He drove to a fort where they were building 100 houses. They only had six of them under roof. Grandpa asked who was going to do the sheetrock in the houses. The man told him they were looking for someone to do it. He took the job. With the money he made from the houses he bought a double wide trailer with 12 acres of land. He built a church and most of the materials were donated to him. He found two young solders to help him build it. Grandpa and Grandpa continued to pray that they would find the man from the post office. He was heading to work one day and looked on a bill board and noticed it was the same man propped up on the same truck with the same clothes as the day he saw him. God had answered his prayer and grandpa found out he had talked to an angel. Thanks satans angel I over looked alot of this lol but this is a true story about my grandpa belive it or not =p lol
How can I get an appraisal on my canal boat (mid 1960's) that was made in England. The mfg is out of business It is a Creighton "Gull". It looks like a camper however it is actually a mini houseboat that is built on a trailer, ie: the trailer stays with it all the time. It is 17' overall but the cabin portion is about 15'. It sleeps 4, has a closet for a port-a-potty, a gas stove burner, a sink. a slide open sunroof, a dining table which converts to a bed, a bunk bed which converts to a couch... It was licensed in Indiana when I bought it as a "House-car". The title had been lost so I retitled it. I have state issued boat #'s for the front, and a trailer license plate for the back. I've had it in the water and it is certainly sea-worthy. I have the original brochure for it too! There was a similar craft made called a "Car-a-Boat", (also in England). It is made of fiberglas on the bottom half, and tin covered wood on the upper half. It appears to be one of the few left in existence, and most defineatly the only one in the states. I want to find it's value for insurance and possible sale of it.
the term "trailer trash verses apartment dweller? i was thinking about this.. and when i drive by trailer parks,, i see trailers that are for sale.. some are nice. and some are expensive and look like houses.. and i see there vehicals and even them are nice.. then i drive by apartments and i know most of them are rentals.. the trailer in the parks ar mostly owned .so i dont get it.. an apartment is just a box.. stacked up on top of another one.. that anyone can rent for 30 days of space. not even a yard. so should not the term be apartment trash? not to be rude to anyone.. i live in an aparment once
I would like some opinions? First my wife is filing for divorce. Second, my psychologist gave me a diagnosis today of why I acted the way I did that caused my wife to want a divorce (Post traumatic stress disorder). I spent 11 months in country with rocket propelled grenade landing close to my tent. When I came back home I was always misserable, I argued a lot, nothing made me happy, did not want to be around people, did not want to see people, spend too much money and everything bothered me.
Should we buy a mobile home? My fiance and I live in a two bedroom apartment. To make a long story short, we aren't very happy living here... we have a room mate who is very uncleanly, the bathroom is in the room mates bedroom, his dog isn't potty trained... and many more reasons why we hate this apartment. Well, we looked at a very nice 1997 Champion Atlanta mobile home for sale for 17,300. We were approved for the loan from the bank. Its in a decent area, on the edge of a mobile home park. Problem is, we will be buying the trailer and not the land. We are very tight on money. Should we stay in this crappy apartment, or buy this trailer? (We don't want to buy a house yet, because we have a low income, and we would only be able to get a house for like 30K which wouldn't be in good shape. We don't want to rent a different apartment, because we are allowed pets here.)
what is the best way to go about getting an RV loan/financing for a travel trailer with fair credit? The house I rent is for sale, my lease is month to month, I want to move out buy a travel trailer for full time living and traveling for both fun and work. Current rent is 1100, never late, and once i move that expense is obviously gone. What else? I have no current delinquencies or collections. They have all been paid off. Two of the collections where medical, if that matters. Transunion score from 2 weeks ago is 590, Equifax as of today is 639. Steady job over 6 years. Credit somewhat blows because used to drink a lot (I quit over 2 1/2 years ago) and was slack on some bills (all paid now). It would NOT be an issue to pay 600-800 a month on a loan. Oh, looking for about 20k for a new 2010 model TT and plan on 4000 or so down. So my credit is fair, getting better, no debts, no revolving accounts, co signer available...
Legal advice please. There is a trailer next to our home that is run down &has been vacant now for 6 months? the people that own it used to rent it out but now this old lady is buying it for sale by owner. There is a man that is building a subdivision across the street from the trailer and I think he is in on buying it and keeping it vacant to try and help sales because it is his workers that come and cut the grass. The trailer has a roof over the porch that hangs over my fence on the side of the house. I have been dealing with the city about having the owner take care of it, with no results. I spoke to the owner that is selling it and he always sounds real friendly, but never comes through, and every time I call him he was “just about to call me”. Anyway, we have termites that can’t be treated until that area dries up back there, which won’t because it rains at least every other day and back there it is very wet. My husband is going to take down that tin roof himself tomorrow. How much trouble can we get in? I have taken pictures and I am ready to be taken to court. What would you do??
Do people own trailer homes? My husband and I are getting a divorce and I am trying to decide where I am going to live. I know there is a trailer park nearby and a mobile home is for sale for $4,000.00. Once I buy it, do I own it? Id like to own a house but do not have the money at this time or the credit built up and I could live in an apartment but dread the idea of having to pay rent forever. Is this a good economic choice? Thank you
Do you think we're dumb for doing this? ok so me and my bf have been together foe about 15 months and we have planned to get married and move in together im 17 and hes 16 we also want to have a kid and we're TTC if i get pregnant this month ill be due around late nov or early dec nov24th is my bday so ill be 18 when i have it my bf wont be 17 till jan 29th ill be getting $20,000 at least this month and 300 a month im in GED classes now and soon be going to cometology school he'll get his GED and go to college also and we'll both get jobs so i estimated about what we would make in 8 months and its about $12,000 do you think we have enough for a trailer? baby? and a wedding? if you have any houses you know for sale in alabama pleasee present links my mom doesnt know about the baby but she knows im wanting to move she wants me to live close to her and my bfs mom wants us to move a trailer on her land its 13 acres and she lives on it also idk what i want cuz everything will be free living on her land but its a little too close to a MIL what do you guys think? im so confused on what to do im trying to plan everything and my bf just gets mad and tells me to just see what happens..... ://
Mobile home question? You can look back at my other question. There is a 30'ish year old double-wide for sale (not sure if it is "pre-HUD" or not) that has been completely cased in brick. The brick is surrounding the windows. You could not tell it was ever a double-wide (not saying that it would fool a loan company or an appraiser. The man is selling it as a double-wide with "bricks around the trailer" anyway, not as a house!) They have added a roof and the chassis is no longer attached. This was in a 16' x 16' outbuilding. There is an added carport and concrete driveway as well as a fairly large front porch. It is sitting on 5.5 acres in a very nice neighborhood. He is selling it for $70,000, but will take $65,000. No trailer jokes please. I want to know if this would be worth buying for our first home. It needs new carpet, linoleum, and a lot of paint. Other things like toilets and new cabinetry as well as countertops would be nice. We could have it looking very nice. Is it something worth buying? I just don't know if it would depreciate the value of the property. If you realized what it looked like you would understand more. I know it's basically a trailer in a shell, but it's different. I even think it looks good and I don't like trailers. I think they are bad when tornadoes come around, but the way the brick is around it, it's as safe as any other home. It doesn't need a new roof. They have added a new roof. Not to the top of the trailer, but they've actually built a regular looking roof with a normal looking pitch. The "house" actually has TWO roofs. My dad said since it has been bricked around you don't have to get a tag on it anymore. It's not going anywhere. o.O As for the person trying to say the guy doesn't own it or whatever. His brother owned it and died of cancer in October. They are not trying to hide the fact it's a trailer. The guy openly said in the add that it was a trailer with bricks around it. Yeah, he's doing a good job keeping that one a secret. He also showed us the chassis and the ceiling can't hide the fact it's a mobile home. My parents referred to them as "mobile home daisies." They are what's needed to keep the ceiling up. Either way, you guys are probably right about not being able to get a loan for it. Even if it was a house in pretty rough condition on the inside, I wouldn't want to mess with it. My parents had to gut a house and it wasn't fun and cost a lot more money that my parents are saying this will take.
Do I have recourse when a lowball appraisal with serious errors/omissions affects refinancing? The appraiser either didn't know the area (he's from out of town) or was angling for a certain value. He used three comparable sales: the #1 was a home adjacent to a seedy trailer park, while my home is in one of the most desirable, stable neighborhoods in the region. The other two homes were significantly smaller with serious condition issues, and neither had a two car attached garage as my home does. (One home was 600 square feet smaller and built 30 years earlier. The real estate agent who sold it wrote a letter saying it wasn't a comparable home. The other home was also much smaller and had only a carport and difficult access to the rundown home in an inferior neighborhood.) There were closer comps within the same area that the appraiser ignored. None of these problems was mentioned or adjusted for in the appraisal. The appraiser did not inspect the properties. I found out about the trailer park by Googling the address. I have sent the credit union a satellite photo showing the trailer park next to the house, and a statement that the agent who sold the home is willing to speak to the appraiser since most interested buyers walked away when they saw the trailer park. I have sent them comparable sales suggested by two experienced local real estate agents representing the two major firms in the area. I sent them a list of all sales in my neighborhood for the past three years - there is absolutely no data from the neighborhood to support the appraisal amount. These comparables are all so inferior to my home and neighborhood, we wouldn't even have looked at them when we were househunting, and believe me, we looked at a range of stuff for years. Do I have a right to demand another appraisal with a local company? It's very suspicious that the loan amount now being offered would require us to give the credit union virtually all of our savings in the credit union to make up for the lower refinance limit. We're not looking for favoritism, just a fair appraisal from a knowledgeable firm. I should probably also have mentioned that we locked in such a low rate, going to another bank is out of the question. Also, the comps we provided from the realtors were from the last 90 days. I should have mentioned that there are no sales and no homes on the market in my neighborhood in the last 90 days, homes rarely go on the market in my neighborhood. Any reasonable person can see the realtors' comps are more comparable to my home, and they are in a totally different price tier from the appraisal (and more in line with sales data from the last three years in my neighborhood, which is why I brought that up). I guess I really want to know if I can demand a second appraisal (versus just asking for one), and if as a last resort I have any causes of action against the appraiser if I lose my financing because of their errors and omissions. One more detail: I don't have an upside-down mortgage. If the real estate agents are right, I have almost 40% equity in my home even in this market. Even if the appraisers had made a "reasonable" low-ball estimate, I would still have more than 30% equity. I need to refinance because I have an interest-only loan and am getting a lower-rate 30-year-fixed for almost the same payments.
bought a trailer home should i move in it or sell it for a profit? i bought a old trailer home in good shape, all it really needs is paint on the inside, the outside has a nice built on carport and deck, storage on the deck, and a storage shed on the side, i got a really great deal 3 grand cash, im 25 and have never owned a home just rented, im in the process of painting it and the plan was to move in it but after everybody telling me that i got a great deal im tempted to put it up for sale and see if I can double my money. i would say after being spruced up this trailer should be worth every bit of 6 grand but i dont know i dont really pay attention to what trailers got for. if i sell it i will be able to pay off my credit card debt enabling me to save up money to possibly get a real house and get the tax credit that is available before dec 1st. what should i do???? i need a educated answer on real estate.
What are my rights as a tenant when my landlord's deadbeat son has moved in his fith-wheel? Here's what happened. When we moved in the landlord specifically excluded a small shed and side driveway from the property rental agreement (I don't actually think it is in the contract but it was verbal) because he lives in Washington and sometimes visits and would like to park his RV there when he visits. He hasn't been around in the 7 months we have been here but his son, a 40-something loser, was living on a back lot area until we were served with papers saying he had to move it. I didn't even realize that the back lot was the same property as our rental until I got the notice (the rental agency specifically told me that it was "someone elses property" before we moved in). So, what does this guy do, he moves his trailer right next to our house. Even more, this weekend (the weekend before Christmas) he unloads a bunch of crap from the shed and is having a huge yard sale practically in my front yard. To add a little bit of characterization to this guy, he was the one who moved out of this house before I moved in (again, something I didn't know until we were already signed). He left a stack of porno mags in the bedroom closet shelf that my 9 year old daughter found when we were having our final walkthrough (at the time they blamed it on a "previous renter" and then I find out it is his son who was living in the trailer. He gives me the creeps.
J o K e :)? I'd like a Barbie doll for my daughter," said the woman to the sales assistant "can you show me what you have?" "Certainly madam. This is Barbie with her scuba diving gear at £9.50, here's Barbie dressed for the disco at £12, this is Barbie ready for the beach at £12 or there's divorced Barbie at £150." "WHAT!" exclaimed the woman, "why is divorced Barbie so expensive?" "Oh, that's easy to explain," replied the sales assistant....."divorced Barbie comes with the house, Ken's car, Ken's trailer and all Ken's other possessions." :)
Question about obtaining go-carts....? On the way to my friend's house I pass this business that is for sale. I go by it almost every weekend. It used to be some sort of recreation center, then a place that sells towing trailers, now it is going to be a fireworks store. Anyway, behind the building, from the road, I can see a collapsed waterslide, and a go-cart track with two go-carts on it overgrown with weeds, trees, and bushes (The carts are impossible to see from the road now, but I can still see them in places). The go-carts clearly haven't looked like they've been driven recently (paint faded, tires flat, etc). I would like to have them to fix up and ride around, but would like some insight on how to inquire about them (once the business opens, that is). Should I walk in the store and ask the person running the cash register about them, or...? I wouldn't think that they would mind me asking. What would a fireworks store do with a couple of junky go-carts on a track impossible to drive on anyway?
Moving mobile homes...? November 2007 we had a NEW mobile home built to our specifications. They are not like the old boxy trailers you find but has actual real walls and is nicer then some actual houses. We are currently leasing a lot from hubby's step father where our trailer now resides. We are horse people and an acreage that we have been wanting to come up for sale has just become available so we are hoping to move the trailer since it is only a year old and in pristine condition. The land we are looking at has no house but everything is ready to be hooked up to a home, plus it is only about a 2-3 miles out of the hamlet. does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to have the trailer moved? It was included in the building price when we had the place built so I have no idea what it would cost. any ideas? I am located in ALberta canada and i have seen some pretty scary older trailers being moved so i know it can't be a horrible amount or the trailer wouldnt be worth it.
About to purchase a travel trailer on Craigslist.com ?? Help. ? I went and checked out the trailer today, and decided I wanna buy it from the owner (private party). He asked that I give a down payment if I am serious about buying. What is the best way to go about this? The trailer was parked out on a main street from the corner of his house. I would imagine he had it there for trying to get others to see it was for sale, he had a sign on it. I know he lived close by, because when I called to see it, he came from across the street in about 2-3 minutes. But I did not see his house. How could I make this transaction go smooth and I not get screwed? I appreciate everyones help.
Has anyone had an alarm sales person come to their door lately? It may be a scam...Read on.? There is some people going around saying their from Honeywell and they're selling alarm systems. I've heard that some people have been burgalarized almost right after this phony sales person comes to their homes. One of my dads friends was burgalarized last night. He had the phony sales person come up to his door yesterday, and he was burgalarized last night. I'd watch for a beat up late model van with a trailer. People wearing light blue polo shirts. They don't have business cards, or any identification. I'd watch for these people. Lock your back doors and windows becasue that's how they get in. Of course lock your entire house. If you live near the airport and you just had new windows installed by the FAA look out. These phonys are looking specifically into these homes. That's how my parents house was almost hit. When he came up to the door he said "since you have new windows, you should consider new alarm systems" Watch out.
What to do about these Teenage Boys? I'm having a problem. I'm trying to figure out if I should let my husband's teenage boys come live with us. These boys are very disrespectful to my husband and our rules. Their mother had a nervous break down she is not mentally capable of taking care of these boys so they have been raising themselves for two years. They were at first living with us because D.C.F.S got involved because she left them home alone because she got sick again and started seeing the devil and so they sent her to a psych ward at the hospital. All four of them came to live with us, we have full custody. Shit happened and I sent all four of them back to their mother which was a terrible idea. So now we have the little ones back. Because she went crazy again. She wasn't making sure they went to school, the little ones hadn't taken a bath in months nor did they ever brush their teeth. So we had to go and get them. Her medication made her sleep a lot, so she didn't have a clue as to what those kids were doing. The oldest ones didn't want to come and live by my rules because I'm real strict and I don't take no bull shit in my house. You can either follow my rules, or get fucked up if you don't want to listen, or either get the hell out. I'm not raising any kids that don't want to go to college. That's our main goal for our children in my household. So now they want to come back because their mother got really sick this time and they are not going to release her for a couple of months. So they have no one to register them in school. These boys are not even registered in any school, because she just moved out in the far country called Hopkins Park. Which is about 10 minutes from where we are. And the school district said they could not attend their old High School because they moved out of the school district. The school they have to attend, they don't want to go there. They didn't want to move out their but they couldn't make their mother see this because she was starting to get sick, she was seeing things and breaking down mentally real fast. So she had no concept of what she was doing. When I say she moved into the country I really mean a place where there is nothing but broken down trailers no running water. No cable T.V. There is nothing out there for miles. It's a bad place to raise kids. This is a place criminals run when they are wanted in Chicago. They sale a lot of drugs out there. All the teenagers out there are drop outs. And her two oldest children are drop outs also. I tried to prevent this from happening to his teenage boys. But they don't want to follow rules. And now that she's in the hospital the boys are out there by themselves with no adult . Since they've been back with her they are failing in school and has missed 60 days of school. My husband tried to force them to come but they started calling him bitches and punks. They are really angry with him for sending them back to her the first time. So I told my husband they are not allowed in my house. He didn't kick their ass. And I told him that was a big mistake. If you don't get into their asses the first time they pull that shit, they will do it over and over again. So now they want to come back . Do I let them or let they asses stay out there because that's what they wanted. I know it's going to be nothing but bull shit because the minute I ground they asses or punish them for not following my rules all hell will break out because I know I'm not going to tolerate any bodies kids disrespecting me. So I will kick their ass or put them out. Either or which ever one comes first. Would I be a cruel person for turning my back on my husbands kids and say no they can't come and live with us, for what they said to my husband the first time we tried bringing them back. I don't want that evil shit in my half way peaceful home. Right now all my kids that live with me now are passing and has not missed a day of school. I don't play when it comes to school. How can I expect these boys to do right when they have been taking care of themselves for 2 years? They don't respect my husband now. So will they respect him ever! I believe this is not going to work. Their mouths are to nasty. I don't feel like going through any drama. I don't want them getting to my boys that are doing so good in school. I don't want them picking up the bull shit from these two bad seeds. Can someone tell me what to do.
Fascinating dream about a horse i rode? so i rode this horse last saturday, and i really loved him (but he's very hard to ride) and my riding instructor said he must really love me because she's never seen him do so well with anybody else on him. but his owner is trying to sell him because she's moving to FL. (she drives a bright yellow little car) but i had this dream the other night that this horse was at my house (he is currently at my farm, but i do bored my own horses at my house in my barn) and 2 men (i think men) came to my house in the horses owners car with a trailer hitched onto it(which would be impossible) but the last thing i remember was them driving off and i was crying my eyes out and then my dad came outside to see what had happened. and then i woke up i reckon i would have jumped on my horse and gone after them but i was woken up. what does this mean? is my heart trying to tell me something about this horse? he is up for sale but he's not the best horse, he's just hard to handle, and my instructor thinks he wouldn't be a good 2ft horse......but you probablly dont care but he's drop dead gorgeous, he's black, 16.2 (not sure on the breed) has a BEAUTIFUL neck that curves up and he's amazing on the flats (walk trot canter) thnx

Good idea for first home? We are thinking of buying our first home and this idea just popped in my head today after I seen this property for sale... So we really were considering building vs. buying an exsisting home b/c we're having a hard time finding anything worthwhile that has at least 5-10 acres with it (that's not overpriced garbage). Well, I found this 5 acre property that has a old, but still lived in trailer on it. also included is a 2 car garage (which we will need, cuz yeah, we have alot of "toys". So anyways, this property is only priced right now at $49,000, which is almost what alot of the 5 acre parcels are already priced at. We could prolly get it for even less, since houses are not selling well around here. ok, so to wrap this up, we would have our well and septic already, some land and a garage and a modular home company has a model house on clearance that we LOVE. So to me this seems like a great investment and we would have value in something right away. any thoughts?
Whats her deal? 10 pts? My sister and I are like best friends. Usually, we get a long great but lately she's being rude and it's really starting to hurt my feelings. I try to spend time and have things in common with all three of my sisters and last night they were all over at our parents house, she was just getting pissy and saying she wanted to leave and all that so I was just like okay well call me this weekend and we can hangout. So today she called and I went over to her house and we went down to a garage sale and we were just talking and stuff and I dont remember how we got on the subject but she said my car was a "grandma car". Which it's not...it's a nice 4WD truck with low miles and its worth a lot, I got a killer deal on it and I wanted to sell it and use the money for college. So I just tried to blow it off but she kept going on and until I changed the subject. I was really offended tho, I mean, her car isn't exactly hot shit. It's just a run-of-the-mill red car that she painted flames on and got a tuner pipe. I think it looks white trash but I wouldn't say that to anyone and people make comments about how it looks stupid but she thinks everyone loves it... like I said I just keep it all to myself. Anyway, she's also been really rude because I start college this fall and she's like against college (just like my parents) but me and my other 2 sisters are all going and I'm excited. I have to make a point not to talk about it with her because she gets mad and says its a waste of money and stuff. She cleans hotel rooms for a living (she's been doing it for over 4 years) and lives off unemployment in a trailer and acts like I should be jealous. She makes fun of my job even tho it's a great job, I get paid well and I get benefits and flexible hours and a nice boss. Anyway- WHAT IS HER DEAL? What can I do to get her to stop acting so bitchy. She's like my best friend and I love her but it's miserable to be around her lately. If it sounds like I'm being bitchy - sorry- this has just been bothering me for a while.
here r sum jokes (might of herd them b4 cuz i cant rememba wether i posted them or not)? 1. A couple were going out for the evening. They’d got ready, all dolled up, cat put out, etc.The taxi arrives, and as the couple got out, the cat shoots back in. They don’t want the cat shut in the house, so the wife goes out to the taxi while the husband goes upstairs to chase the cat out.The wife, not wanting it known that the house will be empty explains to the taxi driver “He’s just going upstairs to say goodbye to my mother.”A few minutes later, the husband gets into the cab -”Sorry I took so long” he says, “Stupid old thing was hiding under the bed and I had to poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out!” 2.Billy was on holiday in America and didn't speak very good English. It was his last day and he was heading to the airport to fly home, but first he needed to buy a few things. He ends up going to the store and asking the clerk for some "BUM". She sits there and thinks for awhile and then says, "Oh you must mean gum." Then he goes to the fish store and askes if he could get some "FiCK IT". The fish man thinks and says, "Oh I get it, you must mean Bucket (bucket of fish)" Billy shakes his head as YES. Then he makes a trip to the pet store and says, "Could I get a crock and spank it?" The pet store owner says "Oh you must mean Cocker Spaniel." Billy shakes his head YES. He finally makes it to the airport where he will be catching his flight. When he gets there he askes this guy... "Could you hold my bum and fick it while I get my crock and spank it" 3. Two sisters, one blonde and one brunette, inherit the family ranch. Unfortunately, after just a few years, they are in financial trouble. In order to keep the bank from repossessing the ranch, they need to purchase a bull so that they can breed their own stock. The brunette balances their checkbook, then takes their last $600 dollars out west to another ranch where a man has a prize bull for sale. Upon leaving, she tells her sister, “When I get there, if I decide to buy the bull, I’ll contact you to drive out after me and haul it home.”The brunette arrives at the man’s ranch, inspects the bull, and decides she does want to buy it. The man tells her that he can sell it for $599, no less. After paying him, she drives to the nearest town to send her sister a telegram to tell her the news. She walks into the telegraph office, and says, “I want to send a telegram to my sister telling her that I’ve bought a bull for our ranch. I need her to hitch the trailer to our pick-up truck and drive out here so we can haul it home.”The telegraph operator explains that he’ll be glad to help her, then adds, “It’s just 99 cents a word.” Well, with only $1 left after paying for the bull, the brunette realizes that she’ll only be able to send her sister one word. After thinking for a few minutes, she nods, and says, “I want you to send her the word, ‘comfortable.’”The telegraph operator shakes his head. “How is she ever going to know that you want her to hitch the trailer to your pick-up truck and drive out here to haul that bull back to your ranch if you send her the word, ‘comfortable?’”The brunette explains, “My sister’s blonde. She’ll read it slow.” 4. A man absolutely hated his wife's cat, and decided to get rid of him one day. So he drove the cat 20 blocks from home and left him at the park. As he was arriving home, the cat was walking up the driveway. The next day he drove the cat 40 blocks away. He put the dreaded beast out and headed back home. When he pulled up in the driveway, the cat was sitting on the front porch. He kept taking the cat further and further, but the cat would always beat him back home. Finally he drove the cat several miles away, making frequent turns, across bridges and rivers, until he decided the cat would never find his way home, and put the cat out.Hours later the man calls home, "Honey, is the cat there?""Yes, why do you ask," the wife answers.Frustrated, the man says, "Put the little shit on the phone, I'm lost and need directions." 5. Homer Simpson, praying Heavenward: "I'm not normally a religious man, but if you're up there, save me, Superman!" 6. To set the scene, Marge is expecting her third baby... Marge: "I'm afraid we're going to need a bigger house." Homer: "No, we won't. I've got it all figured out. The baby can have Bart's crib and Bart'll sleep with us until he's 21." Marge: Won't that warp him? Homer: "My cousin Frank did it." Marge: "You don't have a cousin Frank." Homer: "He became Francine back in '76. Then he joined that cult. I think her name is Mother Shabubu now." 7. Q: What’s the difference between blondes and traffic signs? A: Some traffic signs say stop
Who can be legally sued? Here is the issue: I bought my house and put a down payment on it with a man who worked for the trailer court. Come to find out, the man who took my money as a down payment, took the money and never gave it to the owner of the park toward my house. He just took the deposit amount off the sale price and pocketed our deposit. Since he worked for the owner, and no longer works for the owner, who would be held responsible? The employee or the business owner? I was told to sue the owner of the park, and THEY would have to go after the employee.....does anyone have any legal adivce? Thanks
Shooting an Intruder? My neighborhood used to be nice, but over the last 10-15 years it's really gone downhill. There are so many vacant houses in my neighborhood, and my house is one of two on my block that isn't up for sale. Crime has skyrocketed and on 4 different days last week there were at least 4 cop cars in the neighborhood, lights flashing and taking care of something. Car burglaries have risen dramatically and so have home burglaries. My aunt and uncle's house was broken into on Monday and about $15,000 in electronics and jewelry was stolen, their son (my cousin)'s car was broken into, two of my OTHER cousin's cars were broken into, and my travel trailer was broken into last week and the propane tank was stolen (we've got it in storage at the trailer dealership where we bought it). My neighbor scared a burglar off on Friday night with his motion light. I'm figuring it's only a matter of time before MY house is broken into... My dad works nights at GM (he's a mechanic) and doesn't get home until 6 AM (he normally leaves at 6 PM), so at night it's only my mom (53) and myself (17) at home. We have a dog that barks if anything comes near the house, but lately hasn't been barking at anything, even strangers walking by (normally she would throw a fit). There's a motion light on our garage (detached, behind the house) so if anyone comes by the back door it lights up. I am starting to fear for my mom's safety because she is not in the best of health and if she needed to get out of the house quickly or fight someone she wouldn't be able to. I have absolutely no problem shooting an intruder in my home. I feel that if anybody is in my house that isn't supposed to be, that they are an immediate threat to the safety of my family and I have no problem taking out that threat. I know how to handle a gun properly and have damn good aim (I've won 3 local tournaments) and am not afraid to shoot an intruder. We own several guns (mostly for hunting, but also one that used to belong to my great grandmother--she worked for Joe Bonanno in Phoenix and after he threatened her she kept it on her for protection), all of which are locked in a secure gunsafe in the basement (and the ammunition is locked in a separate safe). If I wake up to hear my dog barking or by the motion light turning on, I look out the window carefully each time (barely peek out the curtains so I can see anything out there but if there's something they can't see me), and I can make it from my room into the room where the gunsafes are in about 10 seconds, get the shotgun out (it's a 12 gauge), and have it loaded and ready to go in under a minute. Then if the need arises I have no problem shooting the intruder either to kill or disable. The problem is, I don't know what the laws of this in Michigan are. I live in central Michigan and I don't know if the law would protect me in the circumstance that I shoot an intruder and he is wounded/killed. What are the laws pertaining to this? Oh, and moving is not an option. My parents have worked at their same jobs for 30 years and we paid off our house in 2003. We're not going to move. I'm going 500 miles away to college next year though...

From your perspective is this the right thing to do? Please tell me is my father is right or if I am.? My father is a good man. He earns a salary, religiously attends church, and helps out with friends and family. He has a couple hobbies that besides bringing in change is pure decent enjoyment. One particular hobby is purchasing vehicles, fixing them up, and re-selling them. This is where my problem with him resides. He and my mother have been friends with one lady for a long period. My parents have a stable financial life, but she doesn't. She recently bought a car from my parents, and since she could not afford ba loan because of bad credit, they took out a $2100 loan in their name for her. She made a promisorry note, stating that she would make all the monthly payments on time. She has made every payment on time, and she has never missed one. But my argument is not with her, but instead with her son. She's of old age probably 60's and she has one son who has a colorful record. He's in his late 30's and he has gone through living off of her to trying to have her arrested, and then being arrested, for domestic disturbance and for drug possesion. Currently he is on good terms with his mom right now, so she's allowing him to stay with her. She allows him back in because according to her "this guy is her son and she is his mother so she can't turn her back on him". But here is where the problem is. A couple years back this friend sold her house to my parents, who renovated the inside and outside with their own money and thier hands (they did 76%) of the work. The women came to my parents house when they were almost done with the rennovations and asked if her son and his girlfirend could stay in their for a few days. She had bought a trailer and did not have enough space for them both. My instincts told me this was not a good thing, and I argued against it. I did not like what this friend had asked from my parents. If she thought she was doing a motherly thing by seeking a place for her son, it should have been in the comfort of her home, not the home my parents bought. Since my parents thought it was only going to be a few days, they did not make out a lease, but abided under an oral agreement. After a few days had passed my parents asked them to leave. However the son and his girlfriend refused to leave and said that they were going to stay there for a few months. According to them this house belonged to the son, because it was originally his mothers. But his mother SOLD it to my parents along with an ongoing family dispute. My parents had to take them to court to make them leave, and what hurts me the most was not the situation itself but the comments that this friends son and his girlfriend hurled at my parents in court, This sickening couple said that my parents had promised this and done that and then the girlfriend even said my father tried to make advances on her. My father and mother were always together when they were at that house. They were never apart, I know my father I am with him 95% of the time, he is a good man. My parents' friend, the guys mother did side with my parents at the court case and offered herself as a witness to help my parents with case.. Now currently I am seeing deja vu. My father who has finished work on a vehicle wants to sell it. He was looking for a buyer, and with upcoming land taxes he wanted to find a quick buyer. Thier friend came over a few days later and said wanted to know if my dad had a vehicle that her son can buy. After the last mishap, I would think my father would be against any sale or legal dealing with the friends son. I wanted to know the friends son's additional court history, and it was an frightening sight. I Checking the court files I found out her son has already tried to sue two companies this year. To me the idea of my Dad selling this vehicle to this friends son is way past ridiculous. He still wants to sell the car to this guy after I told him about his past: the same guy who took advantage of him, lied about him, tries to make a living off of lawsuits, and he wants to sell the car to him? I a future law student (fall) and I know that this friends son could sue us for so many things about the car. I drove this week and had it inspected, the mechanic said it was in good shape and is running smoothly. So I know the car is a good deal, but you could do something to the vehicle and claim the owner had sold it to him in that state. And based on the courtfiles, he has made past statements. I am trying to talk my Dad out of this, and he mentioned that he would get the buyer to sign a best as warranty or something along the lines of that. What that means is that if something is wrong with the car in the future, the seller is not at fault. But I can;t believe that would work too well in a legal situation. Because you can always say that the seller was not honest about the sale, claiming the "Buyer Beware clause". I know that I am going to get into a big argument with my Dad. He is in Canada for a few days and will be back on Frida My Dad will be back in on Friday, so I have three days to find a buyer for the car. Am I wrong to object, to refuse the sale.

Unhappy wife! What to do? My wife has been planning to have a garage sale at our home. I volunteered to take our four children, ages 2, 5, 7 and 8 camping so she could be freed up to do it without an problems. She was planning on doing it at our home. A couple of days ago, she changed plans and told me she is going to take all of the items to a friend's neighborhood where they will be having a neighborhood garage sale which will attract more potential buyers. So, the plan was that she uses our minivan to take the items there. Today, while at work, she calls me and tells me she realizes she will not be able to fit the folding tables into the mini van. I could have told her that a few days ago but she did not mention to me that she planned to bring the folding tables. So, she calls me (mind you, the kids and I are leaving tomorrow after work for camping and I have a meeting to go to tonight) and wants me to find a solution right now about how to get everything over to her friend's house. I told her that she should have planned this better. I felt she was dumping the entire problem into my lap. I tell her she should just end up having it at our house and she just gets all mad at me. So, I called a friend of mine to ask if I could use his flat-bed trailer to move all of the stuff and he says he's really busy tonight and needs to use it for his business. So, she's still being a bit rude with me likes it's my fault that no solutions are found and I was wondering what you would do in this same situation. I must add, I did tell her she's acting like a spoilt child who is not getting her way which, as you can imagine, did not help the situation any. Thanks for any helpful advice.
Old horses are cheap. Is it legal for me to buy one, slaughter it, and turn it into sausage/food? Right now, all my horse sausage comes from Quebec, because it's just damn near impossible to find it for sale in America. In Belgium I had a wonderful horse steak at a restaurant, but American restaurants never seem to serve horse. But when you look at Craigslist or local horse listings, there are farmers desperate to get rid of thier old horses. The prices are minimal, between $10 - $50, sometimes even free if you transport the horse yourself. If I rent a horse trailer and hook it up to my truck, I could easily take a horse to my house. My house has a little bit of land, but it also has a detatched garage. I could take the horse in there and slaughter it, then process it into cuts of meat and meat products. I really want to do this, because it would be cheaper than getting horse meat from Quebec, but what is the legality? Am I going to have to keep this all on the downlow because of the law? I live in Cali. The meat would be for myself and my friends, not for resale. Old horses may taste a bit worse, but I can't afford a foal or younger horse. Too expensive. Like I said, older horses are basically free.

Questions about Horses make good money? Hi, I was wondering about salaries and stuff with horses. I want to go to college for equine managament or business. I want to train, show, and sell warmbloods. I have a passion for horses and already know so much about them and how to train them. I am learning dressage, cross-country, more with hunter/jumper/eq, ect. All the english sports. I was wondering if anyone thinks it makes good money? And if its going to make good profit so I can have a decent house to live in and nice property for the horses. I was thinking that mabey if I do boarding on the side that I would make some good money to pay for my show fees and stuff for my sale horses. But, my dad was telling me that there is no money in it and eventually people stop boarding. He has friends who had big boarding facilities and had good people but eventually got out of the business because of the people not paying board and all that mess. My parents did boarding before and people wouldn't pay. We had them sign contracts but then they would want to take us to court. Does anyone know if boarding is more of a waste of time and money or if it does you some good? I could also train other people's horses on the side of training my warmbloods. I was thinking about breeding horses buut I don't know about the money in that. Also, is there any other things I can do to make mony on the side, with other farm animals like goats and all them. I don't want to do anything with killing animals. I also don't want to be a vet. I really need someone to give me good info if possible because I want to have a good career with horses, not living in some beat up trailer falling apart and me in debt. Thanks Okay, I want to make money with horses because I want to have decent money to take care of myself and I want to work with them because I love them. Not just for money!
GTA IV not as good as rated!? I have been playing GTA 4 very often since it was released. With this latest sale I got the GTA Classic pack to complete the GTA series. After the purchase I started to play GTA San Andreas again. After playing some times with SA again, my old memories came back about the game. That's why I decided to make this topic. In my opinion GTA 4 has amazing graphics and physics, the story is nice also. But nothing more. After completing the story there is no reason for me to "just" play the game without doing any missions. GTA San Andreas has cartoon type graphics and physics but it has got more to offer than GTA 4. Want to leave town for a little jeeping/motocrossing on the nearby mountains? Fly to another city? Parachute from a plane? Have your own Airport with your planes and Military Jet? Mod your cars? Play Blackjack in casinos? Use an Apache helicopter to kill badguys? Break into houses at nights? Attend a car school? Take the risk to break into the military base to steal a tank? Go quadding in the forest? Steal a boat and use it on the river to get to another city? Have your own Car Showroom? Attend delivery missions using trucks with attached trailers? Steal tractors from surprised farmers (owns anything:P)? You can do all these and much much more in SA. And what can you do in GTA 4 besides the missions? Go and drunk yourself? It wont be funny after you have done it for the 30. time. Go to the strip club to see the same lame dancers every time? Maybe play pool, go out with your girl, go eat something or attend a car race? GTA: SA knows those also... Not to mention those irritating phonecalls from your "friends" to do the same stuff over and over again. I am not saying GTA SA is a perfect game, or it is better than GTA 4. GTA 4 is a great game, when you first load it, you will be amazed by it, thats for sure. But to be honest after playing loads of hours with it, I have to say it is nothing more than a GTA 3 with improved graphics and physics. And GTA 3 is a step backwards from San Andreas. Now if GTA 4 would have been a GTA: San Andreas with the improved graphics and physics...well...should I say more? I would really like to hear your opinion about this.
mobile home on private land? I've heard that mobile homes in parks or rented land depreciate in value...but that mobile homes on their own land appreciate in value, or at least stay near the same. Is this true? If I got a mobile home with its own land, but wanted to sell or rent it a few years later...would the value have fallen through the floor, or what? In other words, is it totally stupid to buy a mobile home, even on its own land, lol? I've asked several real estate questions lately, I'm searching for the best cheap housing for my family. I found a dealer that sells really nice doublewides for $59,000 (free delivery and setup!) but I'd need my own land (looking at vacant lots through tax sales). With this option, I'd have to get a relative to cosign, and hopefully pay nothing down...but I have $6000 to go toward at least a year of rent. Right now I don't know what direction to turn, all I know is that money's going to be tight, and figure out whether to go with a trailer or renting or what.
What do you think of this poem? I really need help with it, thanks. Sales Pitch To My Memory A white washed house, towering tall In a busy parking lot; a monument of protest against the Parkview plaza. A neighborhood that looped 'round back, and a private road, often traveled. Ivory covered houses behind pink petal storms, like faces behind veils against a backdrop of woods. A little girl, a red tricycle, and a blue dress, threadbare, yet loved. A little boy, and his group of friends, 10 speed bikes and mean faces- a challenge and a chase, to a lost little girl, and a highway that led her to other places, to other homes and other townships and cities. To schools, boarding schools and finally other states. To downtown excursions, late night rituals, and first drunken tirades. Tales of sabotage at the hands of friends, and plotted escapes. To the trailer in a trailer park, the first home and a small spending spree. A fake diamond ring and plans for a wedding. To a broken union and baby's first kick, the birth, and a proud mother, a bewildered mother, behind a smile, hand me downs, and unplanned plans. A trip back home, and another shot at family life, a second first home in a basement. Hung pictures, simmering stew, and seasoned sachets. A white wooden crib and a screaming tot, a screaming pot, screaming parents, and slamming doors. Slamming doors against mothers who drop their kids like gift baskets upon your lap, a diaper bag and its contents spilling across the floor; cased secrets spinning upon a shelf, and a shaking room against screaming, screaming , and falling knick knacks. And then tickets upon a night stand, a quickly scrawled letter, and a ragged suitcase, threadbare, yet loved. and a plan, a half hearted plan to get away. But not until years later, when ripples settle, and waters have since stilled, with a child half grown and plans of her own, on some random event. A requested stop along the way, and a brief pause beneath a sycamore tree. A view like an old Polaroid, scanned and doctored in a photo shop- a living window. A small paved lot, a small gray house, and a suspicious string of tiny shops. The same size they have always been.
Is this legal? Furniture sold off a truck? I just answered my doorbell - this guy tells me he has a truck full of brand new furniture and he wanted to let me know I can walk through it and purchase any item off of the truck at a huge discount and they'll bring it right on it. The tractor trailer was parked right in front of my house (with a ton of young kids playing in the neighborhood). The guy tells me he is going door to door through my neighborhood trying to sell everything off of his truck before it gets dark. 1. This just sounds sketchy - should I call the police and have them at least drive over and check this guy out? 2. Can you think of a legitimate reason why a large furniture chain would ever use this sales method?? 3. Is there anything illegal about buying furniture like this? I've seen similar trucks pulled along side the road from time to time, I've never stopped but wondered! P.S. I turned the guy down saying I wasn't interested, he's moved his truck a couple houses down and is still knocking on doors
