How successful do you think is the for sale by owner option as opposed to using a traditional Realtor to sell? We are thinking of selling (if a job move comes together) and are contemplating using the for sale by owner rather than give so much of the profit away to realtors. This would be the 3rd house we sold so we kinda have an idea how it should go. I was just wondering if the traffic/referrals would still be the same. Does anyone have any experience doing a for sale by owner and how did it go.? I just wish the housing market would firm up soon!
